A simple cozy and chill game that runs well.
The radio idea is good and the witch's design is cute ✨
However it lacks complexity and/or difficulty which made it redundant and a little bit too easy for this kind of game.
Updating the game by adding trees or other decor elements could be a good thing to make the levels feel more different. Also, the items to catch could change depending on the level ✨
Nice job overall 🌈

Hi! I’m very happy to say we’ve adding updates to polish and finish the game as intended, and trees are coming up, as well as difficulty. We still have the same items to catch every level, but this should add some more fun. Stay tuned!

Fun to play, but it was quite simple. The ground was a flat plane, and the gameplay didn't have much difficulty. This doesn't mean I didn't have a cozy time though, I still enjoyed it quite a bit!

The gameplay is simple and smooth but lacks complexity or difficulty. I played the browser version and it was very easy. The artis good and the radio is an incredible idea.

I really like the added radio! Pretty cool idea :)

Simple and fun! The radio was great, I think the concept of fall not happening and people being mildly disappointing is pretty funny. The music is also very calming. There was a line though from the witch that I didn't understand in the first level where she says, "It's shiny and it jingles". What is really insane to me is just how many people worked on this project! Dang! That seems like a challenge in of itself.

Simple but fun. I liked the leaf scene transition, felt really smooth. The music and voice acting was good too. Maybe some complexity in the gameplay especially during later levels would have been nice. But then again in a game jam it's not easy to get everything done in time.

The gameplay feel is tight, despite the simplicity.

The seasonal changes in art are amazing.

This was really cool! Thank you! :)

The presentation is great. I really liked the main menu, and the end screen, they both looked very professional. During gameplay, the 2D and 3D assets were clashing & felt a bit jarring. The witch could have been a 2D asset for example, since the player can only see her from behind. But besides that, the visuals don't feel unified. A more restricted color palette could help with that.

I also enjoyed the voice lines & music. Since the witch's lines are so frequent, they repeat several times across the 4 levels. If they were less frequent (to allow for less repetition) then they would seem more intentional.

Finally, I think it's a real feat that so many people coordinated to make a jam game. Congratulations & good work!

Excellent feedback, thank you!

Fun game! Really enjoyed the story element using the radio voice lines. The gameplay was a bit easy and basic.  Changing up the later levels with more lanes or unique obstacles could add a lot. Thanks for doing the jam!

I really liked the vibe the radio added to the game, it was very unique!

Great base for a endless runner. With some powerups and different obstacles this would be tons of fun! Also how did you managed to coordinate a team of so much people? That must be such a hussle 😱

Haha I don’t know, it just happened. Programmers were responsibly communicating with each other what they were working on in the Github, making a list of programming tasks and making initiative. Me and Anydel (the writer) made lists on excel for sound effects and voice lines and wrote the dialogue together. I think everyone was simply very responsible and dedicated and we had the luck of no one major important tasks getting sick on the last day. It was all very collaborative and if something wasn’t being done fast enough others hopped in to help. Thank you for your comment and the words about this making a great base for an endless runner!

Love the voice acting! The ending is such a cute touch too!

I love the voice acting; it's really amazing x) It's just a bit of a shame that, at some point, the item in front of the character is hidden by the witch’s hat, but other than that, I really enjoyed playing it’s super cool, congratulations!

Hee-Ho. Nice game, very chill gameplay. Good sound and radio effect

Making it sound like the music is listened to on a radio with a host, and the host kind of explaining the game story was a cool idea. Plus the witch having a radio hanging off the end of her broom was a nice touch.

The dialogue is such a nice add, very immersive and the voice acting is great! Super simple gameplay and very cozy. It would be nice to have levels that progressively got a bit harder, but it was still a fun play ^-^

Cool vibes! I really love the radio and the small details of the radio hanging out on the character model. The other arts look a little mismatched but that's understandable when dealing with a lot of people in a short amount of time.

Gameplay wise it was pretty easy but fitting for a cozy game.

Well done!
