lovely art style. save points should be closer together. great effort for such a short time period!
The art style and SFX are charming and catchy! Drawing spells is a good mechanic, but It was a little bit hard sometimes!
Now I know how the zombies in Plants vs Zombies feels.
Jokes aside the overall vibe especially the art style is adorable. But damn I was not expecting a bullet hell. The drawing attack mechanic is pretty fun. It reminds me of my childhood days playing Fruit Ninja. It's just that it feels a little counterintuitive to have a whole line of attack only hitting the first target. The movement could use a little work since it's a little too clumsy for a bullet hell. But that's all I can think of. The game is otherwise nicely done.
Yeah there are definitely more work could be done on the game but ther is only so much you can make in one week >v<

The art style is so cute and the mood and atmosphere are great! When I saw drawing spells with the mouse I got a little scared as it can be a little finicky sometimes but I can honestly say I didn’t come across any issues. There are some really good ideas in here. Like the attack spell also being able to be used defensively or needing to switch between water and attack are just cool little bits of game design. I would genuinely love to see this as a full version with some sound, animations, and a less slippery character. Amazing Job!

The game's very cute and has a very nice charm in its art style! It takes quite a bit of time to understand the mechanics. Overall, a very interesting game! ^^
I really love the art and the spells are fun to draw! I only have two small criticisms: the player’s trail feels a bit odd, and adding more visual feedback (for attacks, damage, etc.) could make the game feel even better. Other than that, I really enjoyed playing and had a lot of fun. Amazing work, especially for a solo game jam project!
The art is so beautiful! The characters especially are really well done. I liked the mechanics of drawing your spells, but I have to admit I got very distracted drawing squiggles and hearts everywhere. Very well done!

That was superb. I adore the character. His face drew me in and I, as a player, wanted to help him succeed. Beautiful melancholy music and mood, and I love how you did the tutorial. One of the best o the jam, imo.
I LOVE this submission. The art is so cute and unique! One of my favorites so far. I really love the drawing sort of mechanics as well, gives the player so much freedom to use the spells in whatever way they want - it's super cool!

Pretty fun game. The visual are cute but I would have liked some kind of sound to the spell and maybe when you hit the enemies. Also it didnt seem to register hits if you started dragging your mouse before on top of enemies. But very nice job!

Really well made. I really liked how you used the different kinds of spells, especially the damage one and the water one, to be used one after the other to kill some enemies. Not sure if there are other spells as well, since the fire portion was too big for me—I kept dying again and again.
My favorite part was all the cute character designs.

Art is amazing, characters are really eye catching and thus you want to learn their stories. Magic system reminded my of my beloved Ōkami!
P.S. To my taste the music is not fitting the atmosphere, at least at start, when the girl is telling the story about her pet. But surely I do understand how is it hard to find / make proper music in a jam timeframe.
This was fun. Art style is great. Music is a good choice, but can get redundant for such a long period of time. Getting caught on fire and not noticing is a bad, bad thing. It could use a sound effect or some sort of indicator to let you know you're burning as you're typically not staring at your character while dodging flaming balls. The only things I would want to add are some buffs to speed damage, etc. Solid entry for the jam!

Mine has no sound effects either. But they didn't really seem to fit in, considering you are a dog amongst humans and their gibber jabber means nothing to a dog unless it contains the word "outside", "treat", or "walk".

Probably not the intention, but this works as a speedrun game. Trying to dash through stages while avoiding my own spell's friendly fire was a good challenge!
