Very cool game! I like the artstyle. The player controls felt a little slippery, especially since you only have 3 seconds. I kept falling off past me's head and having to restart the level
good feedback, will keep in mind for the full release
Your game is really beautiful, and the art style is very impressive. I just wished it was a bit longer, but since the story is so good, that’s not really an issue. Congratulations, you did a great job!
I think the 3 second loop is too short, especially when you need to have multiple clones of setup you have no leeway to course correct. And if you miss on your completion loop you need to do all that setup again. It's a solid idea though
its a hardcode game :3
Pretty fun and creative concept. Really enjoyed the game. But in the 4th level how am i supposed to reach the goal with just 3 seconds, i guess that's a level design problem or i am missing out something. Other than that i enjoyed the previous 3 levels, 2nd one was really challenging but i managed to complete that one. Good work overall. Enjoyed it.
maybe the game just isnt for you
Nice concept and character movement is also great, but the levels are really hard. I couldn’t finish the level with arrow.
sad but will take notes
Clever! I think the movement needs to be a tad tighter to ensure that you can properly jump on your past self's head!
This is a really neat take on the loop concept and I'd love to see more!
Love the aesthetic and gameplay! One of the best uses of ‘your past self’ I’ve seen in terms of level design.
I really loved how good it felt to bounce on the heads of my clones, and the character felt so good to control.
Fun game! I like the physics of jumping on clones.
For me the game is pretty hardcore. I always made it with milliseconds remaining. Maybe add a little bit of time on every loop, so that the player isn't so time pressed.
true...
I have read the description that the 3 seconds is meant to be like that specifically. :D
In that case it's all good.
I liked it. The visual are great and the concept is cool. However, I would suggest to make the movement less slippery, the head of the player wider and maybe add a second or two to the timer (idk, maybe the average player isn't as clumsy as me, but there could always be options to make the game harder).
Regardless, nice job 👍
good critique
holy moly this is amazing!!! absolutely loved the puzzles here (and the walking animation) but I'm too skill issued to beat it...
also offset gaming
oh by the way banger music
every song took me like 15 minutes to make lmao
I loved this!! Such a great use of the theme, and the level design was very strong. The artwork and sound effects were equally awesome!
The only potential issue I could see is that for perfectionists like myself, the desire to reset on the first mistake is very strong, but I think that's more of a problem with me than with the game, haha. Keep up the great work!! I'll definitely be keeping an eye on it.
yayyy thanks
also i understand how you feel about restarting haha
I suck at platformers but this is very neat. Jumping on a character that's itself jumping resulting in a big fling is nice
that was a completely unintentional quirk which i left in because its so fun
Idea is pretty cool and unique.
Cool game based on a great idea !
