How does your game fit the theme?
It's a platformer game where you have to use everything ( All tiles ) around you in order to reach the end. Hence, everything is a resource.
Self-made & used stuff

Simply enjoyed making a game for my second game jam, I was not able to submit my previous game Jam Brackeys ( 4years ago).

Nice concept for an alternative take on a platformer!
Fun idea to be able to use elements from the game in the game.
It was fun to play, though it turns out I’m pretty bad at using the keyboard and mouse at the same time in this game, especially when the game starts chasing me 😅.
Visually, it was cute, and the music was super chill—maybe even a bit too chill considering the pressure the gameplay puts on you by the chasing screen😄
Theme was in it...check ✅
A solid jam entry. Well done! 🎮👏
Not bad for 2nd jam entry :-)!
This game required my multi-job part of the brain which isnt that good XD managed to get to the end by a pinch tho. Great game, good difficulty, nice visuals, some more SFX would feel nicer
I had fun playing this one! I think you did really well on the difficulty scaling - it starts out very easy but gets considerably more challenging later! I actually failed a few times and went back to try again, hahah! But I managed to win in the end!
Pretty cool mechanic! The main character is adorable!
Keep it up!
Thanks a lot 😁
It's amazing to see how you turned a simple concept like platform jumping into something unique with the mechanic of moving some of them to help us overcome challenges — great job and very creative!
The game’s atmosphere brings me a sense of calm, even though there’s constant tension with the screen moving and pushing us toward death. Personally, this contrast didn’t affect my experience, but if you wanted to amplify the feeling of urgency, adding debris or a change in scenery could help. You could even use the forest concept — imagine how intense it would be if the side of the screen that kills us was a massive fire spreading through the area! The tension would rise significantly.
During gameplay, I had fun, and the game really held my attention. I did run into a few small issues that caused mild discomfort, but they didn’t break the flow of the game. They’re more like specific points that could use a bit of polish if you plan to keep working on the project.
The first point is about grabbing a platform to move it with the mouse. I noticed it follows the scrolling screen and doesn’t stay in the same place in the scene — it always gets pushed left. It’d be interesting if we had the option for the platform to remain fixed where we placed it, even while holding the button, so we could still move it even if the mouse wasn’t directly on top. But to move it forward again, we’d need to release the button and grab it once more. It could turn into a kind of strategic “tag” challenge — maybe a new difficulty mode, since it’d be a simple mechanic to understand but hard to master.
Another detail about the movable platforms: you could slightly change their color, opacity, or some other visual aspect to indicate that we’re actually interacting with them. This one is especially helpful for players whose mouse buttons don’t register clicks properly or for those who prefer clear visual feedback. Sure, these may seem like edge cases, but they’re quick fixes that could really improve the final impression of the game.
Overall, I’d say your idea was well thought out and well executed for the scope. Congrats on the game and good luck with the jam!
Thanks a lot for such a long and useful review of the game. You have told me the most useful tips which can probably make my game and future games for game jams.
I didn't fully participate this time as there was a lot to learn and giving 10 days to a single game in the beginning isn't good.
Finally, I hope for your best too in the Game Jam and your future 😊
I beat it on my second try (barely made it through, jumping over everything like crazy).
The idea is cool — a short but enjoyable game.
I really liked the leaves floating in the background, and the music was both calming and a bit tense at the same time
It's great to hear that you made it to the end and loved the game. You can follow as there's a long way for me to go in the field (My second Jam)
This game is completely FANTASTIC. The idea of draging object to help in the game is something amazing to implement in the gameplay. Congratulations on your game, it looks awesome, it is fun to play and has everything to be a Fantastic game, nice work!
Thank you so much for such a motivating comment
Nice game! The main mechanic was simple but interesting and challenging with the camera chasing you. I liked the music!
Thanks a lot for you kind hearted comment.
This is a solid game, and I liked carrying the player with different tiles. It would be awesome to see this expanded upon! (for example, some objects you can only carry sideways, being able to move springs, maybe even hazards). As the theme is everything is a resource, I was a little bummed to find that there's only one type of platform you can really move, but for what's here, it's cool.
Nice twist on the platformer genre.
I didn't have to move that many things and I think I just cheesed a lot by just double jumping huge distances. Maybe it shouldn't scroll so fast and have more types of movement, platforming and mouse interaction elements.
You are correct, the game needs a lot of changes that when implemented makes it very fun experience 😁
The game seems simple to begin with, however as it progresses, there are elements added to it. This gentle progression makes the game pretty interesting! The visual style is good, though this one would've been more appealing with "rush"-y graphics that give you a sense of urgency; think red, orange lights and not cozy trees :D
Overall a nice game to hold onto!
Thank you, I will certainly try adding more elements to the game and will implement your suggestions
Great game, loved the protagonist's visuals, but the lack of score makes it a bit less satyisfying to play
The game turned out to be minimalistic and interesting. It has a pretty cool transition from a boring and tedious gameplay to an exciting and hardcore platformer with a very appropriate theme reveal in the form of the player's block movement. There are some minor issues, such as sounds and the like, but it's quite normal for a jam. However, the author is still a great job for making such a nice game in a week
Thank you so much, I will certainly learn a lot of new intermediate skills and perform better in my next Jam ( probably GMTK or Brackeys)
Ok- gotta say- this game grows on you! At first I didn't love it- the controls felt a bit floaty, and the game felt easy. Not for long though! Soon I was moving stuff, to use as platforms, or moving obstacles out of my way. I liked, how I could just carry a platform and use it for a longer time! Also- the "chasing" screen gave a nice feeling of tension! The fun factor is definitely the strongest part of your game!
Graphics were ok, and music worked, but I'd like a nice "boing" sound when the character was jumping. Adding stuff like this takes only a second, but really adds to the game-feel.
As for the use of the theme... It was ok. Nothing revolutionary, but I guess implementing something more complex would make the game overly complicated, which could be annoying with fast paced gameplay. Maybe if there was more kinds of platforms the player could use?
Over all- I gotta say, that's a pretty good game!
Thank you so much friend for such a long lesson, It's great that people are enjoying the gameplay. I had time to use more sound effects, jump sounds, jump animation and drag animations and sounds. But as a beginner in the field, I only gave 5 days to the game dev and the rest I used to learn extra stuff.
In the next Jam, I will use all what I have not used this time and will be giving the whole development only to my game.
Fun Game! The camera really forces you to move forward... lol. Nice work overall.
Thank you so much, My second game jam game actually 😁
Really fun game! For a second I thought being able to move the platforms anywhere would make it too easy. But then I died. I found it extremely stressful when the camera was catching up at the end but very fun!
Thank you so much, You can use the mouse for better performance and Good Luck 😊😊
Simple platformer, but it was fun and challenging. The idea of dragging tiles to help you progress is a wonderful idea, and adds challenge when the screen is constantly scrolling. Great job on this!
Thanks a lot for your kind review 😁
Simple, yet still very fun! I loved the art style and the music! I also like how it gets faster and faster, making it more challenging the further you get! Great work!
Thank you so much 😁
This is a really cool take on a platformer! I wasn't expecting to be able to drag around the platforms and it was really fun to do so. Well done!
Thank you so much, glad you loved it.
Nice entry! I really enjoyed the grabbing platform mechanic, and it could be quite challenging sometimes when I had to move the character and tiles at once.
The graphics were simple and worked well, but I think the game would look really good with a more consistent art style. The menus and the gameplay styles didn't quite match up.
Sound effects are also really helpful in creating an experience, and I think a great addition would be some sound effects for moving the tiles or dying.
Good job! This is a really great concept and has a ton of potential :)
Thank you so much, It was only my first submitted game to a Game Jam and there is still a lot to learn.
