I knew someone would understand me!  Haha anyway thank you for playing :)

Thanks for the feedback!  I’m glad you liked my execution of the game.  As for the dust, I too wish it was a little more obvious, but I decided to keep it hard to see kind of like in real life.  Thank you for playing!!

Ah okay no problem!!  I’m just glad it’s working properly.  Thank you for playing! :)

Thank you for playing!  But I’m confused because there is an E to interact button.  Is it not visible to you when you stand in front of the cabinets?

The very first thing I did after getting my first walker was pray at a statue and then die :)

Anyway after retrying this was a very nice game and I really like the visuals, so good job!!

Hey! Thanks for playing :)  I put little arrows inside the cabinets because I feared players wouldn't know they're platforms, but maybe I should've made them a little more visible or put it in the tv tutorial haha.

Anyway I'm glad you liked it so thank you!

The only concern I have is that the hitbox with all 4 guys is really big, so you die pretty often to attacks you can't really dodge.  Other than that, amazing first game!

Pretty cool!  Switching between mongats is a little tedious and the levels where you need to make a staircase with them were quite time consuming, but other than that this was a very good game and nice concept!

Very nice game!

I’m glad you liked it thank you so much for playing!! :)

Pretty solid for a first entry,  good work!!

Very fun!  I liked all of the levels and how the difficulty scaled between each one.  A few things I want to say:

The hitboxes on the cars were very unforgiving.  I think you should make it a bit more obvious to the player that they were hit because I often felt like I shouldn't have gotten hit when I did.

While you did have multiple little guys in the game, most of the time you just combine them together to get to a hole or past a car.  I think you couldn't went further with the theme and made certain puzzles with them, like having one of them go up to press a button which will unlock a door for the other, or maybe you have to sacrifice one so the other can progress.

Adding a bit of audio can really make your game more immersive.  Even just a simple jump or hit sound effect is enough.  Audacity is a powerful free audio editor and it's easy to use, maybe check that out if you haven't already?

Anyway, I still think you did an amazing job with this game!  It was very fun, so congrats!

I'm not sure if you just didnt finish the game in time or if it's a bug but when you start the game the slime just flies off screen and you can't do anything

Yeah I was thinking the cabinet platforms are a bit obscure but I figured if there’s no other way to get up you would eventually try it.  Maybe I’ll put it in the description of the game.  Thanks for playing!

Very nice entry!  The gameplay was simple but smooth and intuitive, and it seems very well balanced in my opinion.  I do think, however, you could've been a little more creative with it by expanding more on the theme.  I don't really view the little guys as "Little Guys" and more as just a powerup to help me with the main task of killing the enemies.  Besides that, I think you did an amazing job with this game, so congrats!

This was a very unique game!  Definitely my favorite so far.  Getting a perfect throw is also insanely satisfying.  Good job!!

Thank you so much!  The flea games are actually what inspired most of this project, so I’m glad I found someone who knows about it

On the other hand, I wish I could’ve added more visuals/feedback, but I’m still fairly new to making games and I’m still learning a whole bunch.  School also takes up a lot of time so that doesn’t make it any easier haha

Anyway, thank you for playing and I’m glad you found it fun!

One of my favorite games so far!  It's simple, easy to learn, and most of all fun to try and get the farthest distance possible by colliding with the bombs and other powerups.  Great job!! :)

Oh I didn’t know about that invisibility bug, thank you for telling me.  Now that I think about it I think I just forgot to reset the invisibility of the ball when the game resets which sucks.

Also, the launch angle I decided to make random so you couldn’t just keep it on the same wall the whole time, so I can see why it feels unfair but it also makes it so you have to have quick reflexes :)

Anyway, thank you for playing and thank you for the feedback!

Thank you for playing!  Btw, the jump can be used with the dash to go a little higher and hit the ball twice in one movement to get a higher score before the time runs out :)

Thank you!!

Could you explain more what you mean by the timer does not reset?  I have it so that the timer doesn't reset when you hit the ball, if that's what you mean?  I only have the time and game reset when the time runs out or the ball falls on the ground.  Anyway, thank you for playing and thank you for the feedback :)

Thanks for playing :)

The reason that I didn’t include  high scores is because I decided for the game to end at 100 points, so maybe you’ll just have to keep trying to get there :) Thanks for playing though!!

Yeah I was thinking about making a rhythm game but I noticed that when I was testing it I instinctively clicked the squares on the beat lol

Haha yeah I probably should’ve considered that but I guess now I just need to hope no one who plays is colorblind.  Thank you for the feedback!

I would’ve put a main menu with your high score but I was very limited on time and I also made it so you win when getting 100 points.   But thanks for the feedback and thanks so much for playing!

Very cool game!  I like the mechanics, even though it was sometimes frustrating accidentally picking up the wrong object so many times , but it follows the theme nicely and is a nice entry to the jam.  Congrats!

(1 edit)

Wow!  This game had some very cool mechanics, and I liked all of the different blocks that attack you (sort of like the ghosts in Pac-Man) as well as the laser.  I did find the tutorial a little complicated to read, and there isn't any audio, but nonetheless, for the first game I played for this jam and the first game you've made for a jam, it was very good!

Yeah originally I was going to have the flower die if you didn't water it enough, but I just didn't have as much time as I wanted and couldn't make it.  Thank you for playing I'm glad you liked what it offered :)

Haha no worries I'm glad to hear!

The umbrella only comes at score 80 I believe, and to get rid of the bugs you have to click them.  As for the sound and the game not loading, that is very weird.  I've hardly ever used Firefox in my life, so it could just be a problem with that search engine.  Anyway, thank you for trying out the game and for the feedback :)

Very unique in my opinion, but it is a bit easy.  I think decreasing the time between lightning strikes could make for some nice intense moments

Yeah haha I realized that without the umbrella you could just target the bugs and let water naturally increase your score, so I needed another way to increase the difficulty.

Thank you for playing!!

Thank you!  I wish I could have made a soundtrack but I was caught up making everything else that I didn’t have enough time to

Cool game!  The sound effects are really nice and I liked the simplicity of it!

Very nice entry!

Thanks for playing!!  I did want to add more enemies/more content in general but unfortunately i didn't get around to it.

I never knew smashing buttons with your head could be so satisfyin
