the second I saw the art i knew it was your game! I love the art as always. Was a bit confused with the game loop but overall good stuff! I also wanted to say that i love your videos and you inspired me to start making games! (this is my first jam :) )
fun, cool art style, liked the cleansing mechanic! Only notes are the dash is a bit unforgiving but if that was intended i just need to get good and it could greatly benefit from a volume option lol. Great game though!!!
Great game (big fan btw, when i saw the game I could feel it was yours). Loved the visuals.
Fantastic visuals and serious vibes on that soundtrack. That guitar part is killer, I loved it. Art style is really great and everything fits together super well. Great job!
thanks!
Insane work in 1 week solo, you did very well, really polished game, maybe after death you could add an restart button, or i missed it, epic lighting, insane art and animations, nice mechanics, maybe the world lighing would follow the player a bit.
Absolute banger vibes. Had so much fun with this one and would absolutely play a full version.
This is a beautiful game with an awesome soundtrack! Great job! I'm bad at precision jumping, so I kept accidentally jumping off the edge of the platforms.
I loved the music, it's so good I stopped fighting just to listen to it. The visuals are great as always and the gameplay is satisfying, reminds me of Hyperlight. Good job :)
Very good looking game. I enjoyed the gameplay too. I understand the pain of making a game alone: it's just SO MUCH WORK! Such a struggle. Keep up the good work, I think it's a good foundation to work on.
Really cool game, the art style and music give the game a great vibe. I like the combat and monolith mechanics, tho the screen shake was a bit too aggressive for me. Being able to dash past the edge of platforms made dashing to the little islands kinda frustrating. Overall great work, super cool entry.
Music/sound and visuals were really good. I'd be interested to see what this could be with a bit of polish and expansion of combat mechanics. The screen shake was a bit much for me. Nice work overall :)
Game is so beautiful and audio and soundtrack are amazing!
Oh damn, thank you!!
The art and sound was really cool, really enjoyed the vibe!
Stellar work! I really appreciate the attempt at gamepad but it was even easier to fall off the edge so KBM it is. I can definitely see getting into this with the bugs worked out.
Incredible game! I think the best I've seen so far. The isometric dash is usually difficult to implement in a way that feels good and it is well done. Maybe it lacks a bit of forgiveness when you dash over a platform.
The time it take to cleanse the shrine is good on combat but outside of combat could be a little faster so the player don't wait too long.
Loved the graphics!!!
I really love the game feel! The music fits perfectly with the atmosphere, and the effects are spot on. Only issue I encountered was a little bug where I got stuck on the game over screen
Same here
I really love the visual language and sound design of this game, it also reminds me a little of Bastion as in the atmosphere. The gameplay cloud get a little polishing here and there, but it's fun, reactive and satisfying. By fixing the game over screen, and having a more soft difficulty curve this becomes a pretty cool game, I hope you keep working on it post-jam. Nicely done.
Really nice artwork and satisfying gameplay :)
Amazing game! You should totally finish your game outside of the jam, what you have until now looks very polished, runs a bit buggy on my laptop but probably because it is kinda old
Beautifull spritework and atmosphere. Combat is simple but satisfying. Feels like a mix of a roguelite and capture the flag. Really cool idea. I keep getting stuck on the You Died screen though, forcing me to refresh the page.
Great job!
oh yeah once "you died" I didn't code any way to replay, I just ran out of time, but thank you so much!! that means a lot to hear <3
