Wildly well thought out! Some real mechanics here that should be explored even further. A lot of information to take in for the player, but perhaps that says more about me than it does the quality of the game.

Even though I've only worked in Godot for a literal week so my opinion here means almost nothing I still want it to be said that I can't even fathom how you made the AI here so effective! Crazily good job. The game itself feels like it could've been included in UFO50, just with a different aesthetic, and that's a huge compliment.
Some of the best sound design I've seen in the whole jam! Music, stereo effects, sounds, all great! The shooting mechanic was very successful, as was the whole atmosphere. The low resolution graphics mixed with the heavily distorted shaders did make playing it a bit difficult - having things being obscured was good but the motion again the tile was a bit nauseating. Ran great!
Some real similarities to the game I submitted so I knew I had to check this out! And I feel yours is a lot more successful in many ways - the CRT effect is smooth, the controls are easy, the sounds satisfying. Perhaps if the shapes stayed in the game window the player wouldn't get as many unsorted shapes that they never see float by. Very well done, sell it to Apple to put on their Severance page!
I really like the character sprites and color combo, makes the whole game stand out. I had a much more pleasing time, too, when I discovered the speed-up button! I think I ran into a bug where at the inventory screen at the door after a run I couldn't hit Done or anything, I was just stuck looking at my two characters. What I played though was fun!
Wild amount of work went into this! Looks and sounds so good, you'd only expect this much polish in games made in 10x the time! The spinning in a circle bonus level felt like maybe it should slowly shrink or something, I didn't see how a player could accidentally slide out of bounds to the point where I had to just bail after a bit. But truly, a real achievement.
