I love Quantum Conundrum, I think you did a great job adapting the weight states to water states. This was simple, but fun! The way you used the water states was very clever! I just missed the sounds, but 48 hours is really hard to make everything XD
Congrats on your entry! ^^

Developer

Thanks a lot, at first I was a little anxious making this entry, but now seeing all the support I am glad I posted it. I am so thrilled to hear you enjoyed playing it. Sorry my game didn't have any sound.

It was an interesting project, not sure if you could actually go into the bars when you are water. But its pretty fun to figure out what does what, and later on it had a bit of variety in enemies.

Developer

Yeah, sorry, liquid can only pass through the bottom using a platform effector. Thanks a lot for playing!

I totally forgot about Quantum Conundrum. But you did capture it well in this game with the element states.

I though the controls were a bit too floaty personally, a tad hard to control. But other than that, very well done :)

Developer

Glad you're one of those people that know what Quantum Conundrum, I loved that game :)

Anyway, thanks a lot for the feedback. I will consider making the controls less floaty.

Nicely done, my friend! Very creative and the core concept is great :)

Developer

I am so glad you liked it. Thanks a lot! :)

Nice idea! Your art very clearly communicated the hazards and advantages for each state!

It was a bit hectic to take everything in at first, a tutorial of some kind would really help players initially.

Stick at it :) Well done for completing your first jam! :D

Developer

Thank you so much for your feedback! I do agree that a tutorial would be nice.

Amazing work on this entry. A little music and some sound effects would've been a great plus.

Keep up the hard work 💪🏼

Thank you so much for the feedback! If I was to expand on the game I would definitely add some sounds and music.

Switching between 3 states of water is really a nice idea!

You could add some levels that requires to utilize all the 3 states to pass, anyway nice work :)

Developer

Glad you liked my main mechanic. Your idea to add levels that utilize the 3 states to pass is brilliant. I didn't plan on making a puzzle game, but it could work. Thanks a lot!

Nice little demo! You should try and do some more levels once the jam is over :D

I'd say this was a successful first jam! Well played! (Gas cloud is the best :3)

Thank you so much! I feel so inspired!

Nice job! I wish that it was a little more clear in game what each state of matter did. Also there was no sound at all. However, it was really fun to float around as a gas cloud!

Thanks a lot for the feedback! I do agree that my game lacks a tutorial, sounds and visuals, but there is only so much you could do in 48 hours. I am really glad you liked it.

Cool little concept. Wish there were some different levels to explore!

Developer(+1)

Yeah, my idea was to make more levels, more enemies and make the game a little nicer to look at. This was my first game jam, I wish I had a little more time. Thank you so much for the feedback! :)

Controls are a bit floaty for my tastes, but the idea is good. Keep it up :)

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! :)

The idea behind the game is very creative, but I think the matter switching could have been clearer in the game itself. Regardless, good job! :)

Developer

I would have loved to add a tutorial of some sort, but the time forced me to submit an unfinished game. Thank you for playing!

Sorry, I can not play. The player is very fast ;ç

Developer

I tried to make a fast game (to make it more challenging.) I guess I should have made it a little slower. I am sorry you couldn't enjoy it. Thanks a lot for the feedback!
