Love the idea, just a couple more levels, and you’d have a full game.

Pretty and functional, same comments as other people! It's entirely possible to update after jam etc. It'd be great to play a full version.

Really cool, polished little demo. You could expand on this really nicely & easily I imagine - it shows you've put time into quality over quantity! PS great sounds.

Super chill feeling game, true retro feel, obviously in content lacking, but very good!

Considering the short amount of time you got to work on this game I'd have to say it's very good! I'm sure if you had more time this would develop into something very special. The sounds and the pixel art are very good, and the digging is very satisfying.

Looks and sounds great, but it's definitely lacking that bit after the 9 blocks we get to dig. I sure enjoyed that little bit of digging we did get though! Sure wish I could see what you would've done if you had spent more than 8 hours on it.

Charming and functional, but sadly, clearly unfinished. Pixel art is decent and so is the sound (including the song).

...kinda hard to comment on it much more than that given the short length. Making a game in 48 hours is tough though, so I can totally get how it ended up the way it did. Suffice to say, I'd be curious to see what an expanded version of this would look like in action.

Loved that rhyme at the beginning! The player moved very slow though, which was a bit irritating, but I guess it is Sips we are talking about! :p

Love the presentation style! Shame you can never actually fill the bar of dirt.

I really like the art style. It's like every pixel has it's own border. Makes it feel like it's being in played on an old CRT tv. Funny thing is, as you said that the character moves a bit fast in my game, in your game it feels rather slow. I think we both have a different sense of speed in video games XD.

Short and sweet. The graphics are my favourite out of what I've played so far! Only issue is that there's not enough of it :)

Cover image, graphics and music are on point! Also, the game feels polished even though is quite short.

As a small note the character feels a bit slow, a bit more of speed would be great :)
