Calling All Browser Games!

I hope everyone is feeling ok and had fun with the jam! I'm looking for any and all browser games to spend time with in quarantine!

Ironically enough, my son got sick right when the jam started so I didn't have much time for this one unfortunately. I did manage to get a decent player controller set up with animations, some minimal level design and a heart container system like Zelda but it's not much of a game...yet. I'm planning to keep building this one out to make it a more full game but check out what I do have:

Thanks in advance!

You can filter the games by selecting "Play in browser" at the top of the submissions page.

Yeah I just like starting conversations about games and want to see what people say about theirs ;)

Ah, a shame you didnt have much time to work on it its a nice little prototype already, but I don't really get how youre supposed to make the jump from the first platform to the other :/

Here's my entry : https://aubry.itch.io/banana-explosion

You're not actually haha. I was designing the game with the idea that would have to collect enough hearts so that you would be able to take damage to get to new areas once you had enough life, but one of the many ideas I had that I didn't really get around to. Excited to keep building on this and get something more functional out there though. Thanks for playing!

Oh, you have made potholes!I really loved that game during brackeys game jam!

Haha thank you! I had a blast making it, I realize I enjoy having a week to jam a lot more than just a few days. Taking a day off seriously affected this game but at least I have a foundation to build off now!

This isn't in the browser, but please still play my game.

I'm sorry that you couldn't finish your game, the idea was pretty neat. As a suggestion, it would be nice to have some sort of visual feedback when you stumble into spikes without dying: initially I thought there were some problems with collisions, then I noticed the hearts.

Thanks for playing! There is much yet to be done with this game, great feedback! I loved your game too, that was a lot to do in 3 days!

And yet it never feels like it's enough, ahahah. Thank you!

I hear that! My game is super-unfinished but I still had fun building it, I like the week-long jams a lot more, especially being a dad!

Hey. There is tons of room for improvement in my game, but I still hope you enjoy it!

Your game is actually pretty cool too, I just wish it was longer.

Edit: I found a heart in your game way above the map that gave me a ton of lives. I don't know if thats an easter egg or a heart thats just there for dev purposes, but either way, really cool.

Haha you found the remaining heart containers, so I guess you win! I鈥檓 going to keep going with this one and build it out more because I really like the feel of the player controller and animations so far. Thanks for playing!

Man, I really like the soundtrack and the graphic! Couldn't go more far than the first platform tho, you should make the second nearer, and I feel like it takes too much to move the boxes. Can't wait to see how you develop it more :)

Performance is not the best on browser, but you could try it there if you don't want to download the windows exe straight away :)

Thank you! I'm also excited to keep developing and see where this one goes. I love your game! Really, really well done.

It looks cool from the picture! I will certainly give it a try (I plan on trying at least most of the submitted games anyway, so, why not start with yours?)
My game is also playable in browser, if you want to try it!
