Use of the limitation
It's a suicide mission where your death is tied to the fate of your country.

None, but I needed a lot of coffee. It was my first 3D attempt and there is not enough documentation to use enable3d.

The music and sound effects work well with this game's setting! I feel that a lot of collisions with orbs came much too soon. Also I wasn't sure if I was supposed to do anything besides avoid the orb patterns and wait for the probe counter to go down. This is a great, first 3D game!

Interesting back story! Like the atmosphere of sound and music too~

awesome game! the graphics and sounds are cool!  the gameplay was straightforward and easy to learn, with the difficulty increasing as the game progresses, I liked the background of the story and the visuals involved, gives an immersive gaming experience, overall I enjoyed playing! congratulations! keep it up!

Cool intro and I really enjoyed the game

Interesting, I like the concept. It has a good presentation. I would only change the white light when you collide. The rest all very well.

I didn't expect to be playing Yuri Gagarin in any jam game, but here we are. Very nice for a first-time 3D game! The opening was really great, definitely sets the tone of the game itself. Gameplay is pretty straightforward, but I felt the probe drop timers were pretty lengthy considering there didn't appear to be a checkpoint system. Music was really fitting, loved the sounds. Overall nice work!

Hey thanks for playing. Well, Yuri deserves games, right? I guess that it’s hard to chose a timing that fits to everybody. But overall they are 20 probes and each one is dropped every 20 seconds, so 400 seconds is not too much. 5 minutes of gameplay with increasing difficulty. Considering that it’s a game for a Jam, a casual game, imho it’s reasonable. I wanted to polish this game much more, to add voiceovers with subtitles, to improve the debris patterns but… I didn’t have much time. Besides, it was xmas!

I'm surprised anyone makes something this good with all the things going on this time of year, so no worries!

Amazing presentation. Love the over-the-top premise, the intro, the awesome music, and the radio chatter.

Gameplay gets a bit repetitive, but the difficulty scales well.

The style is amazing, it looks a little bit retro

i love the star fox style. music is perfect. The line generation is cool too.

The atmosphere is really cool, but what are you supposed to do (Other than trying to dodge all the asteroid thingys?)

Developer

Basically it’s a 3D bullet hell and the difficulty increases as you go forward. You must survive until the probes counter reaches 0 (each one takes 20 seconds). That means that you got close enough to the star and so you die, but you win the game.

its so cool, you did a great job!

Very cool! This is pretty great for your first 3d game. Well done!

Developer(+1)

Hi there! This was the first time I tried 3D. I had a lot of trouble due to the lack of documentation for enable3d library (I use Phaser.js and vscode, no unity or anything fancy) . I would like to improve the generation of asteroids but I didn’t have much time to improve or polish. But I hope that you’ll get the idea!
