Really short game, but interesting concept. Took a little while to get used to but after that I was flying. I've also used this art pack before, so that's fun to see! I liked the music too.

Great game so far!
It might feel a bit more natural to let the player use mouse1 to shoot.

Art style is pretty cool, I'm curious to see how you'll exploit this mechanic later.

I liked the color pallet, After a few playthroughs I was able to make it to the high platform, The controls take a bit getting used to, the double jump/shoot is hard to pull off every time. There is some sub pixel in the graphics but I like the Intention and trying to be novel with the mechanic.

I really liked the art style! The mechanic is really interesting, but my platforming instincts kept making me react to the movement in a way that sent me flying the opposite direction that I wanted haha. I'm sure with more practice I would get the hang of it. I did manage to reach the end after a few attempts! Nice work!

Interesting idea, unfortunately very short as you mention yourself in the description. The art style is nice and different.

Wow, crazy good! It’s a clever gimmick, and the graphics and sound are very elegant.

I did dock some points for Authenticity though, because your sprites are moving freely in a large framebuffer, it’s not strictly 64x64.

Pretty good game! And good use of the sprites!

I suck at platformers and was stuck where there's a tall cliff.

Good job with the game!

I love your art style!

The mechanic became super fun once I realized how to combine it with double jump. My only issue is that I wish the game didn't stop your horizontal momentum so much, it just feels so sticky. Also, beautiful art style!

Cute game! Short, but nice! I also like the art style

Love the art and music, game mechanic was annoying at first but I could see it being a fun metroidvania style game with upgrades and a map to explore.  Nice job!

I really like the minimal pixel art style and color palette!
