This was excellent! The visuals were really well crafted. It lagged the browser at first, but once it had fully loaded it worked great.

Wonderful game! The game’s presentation is clean and easy to understand, the controls are great, and the SFX work very well!

I do think there should be a little bit more of a push for the player to make their jump. Whether that be a “time” tracking mechanism that compliments the score, or whether that’s the level itself doing something to push the player onward… as it is, I do feel like I have plenty of time to line up my jump.

Another thing I felt while playing was that, there were times I thought I was pointed out of the ring, to only crash into a wall… but I think it was because the wall kinda grew-ish as the circle shrunk? I say that, but, honestly, I’m not really sure if that’s actually happening, or if it’s just an optical illusion and I’m making excuses for the rare times I fly into walls cough

Finally… speaking on flying into walls… I did seem to come across an Array index out of bounds error. It does seem like a rare issue, but, still, it’s there.

Over all, I really liked this game! Very well done (even with the bug) and very enjoyable to play!!

Thank you! I'm happy to hear you like it. I had a long power outage so I couldn't test the game properly. Some circles have wrong colliders (thanks unity...) so you hit them even though you make the jump right. Actually this bug could be more often if I didn't fail at the array. There are more circles (also more with the collider problem) however I made some type errors so they don't show up in the game and sometimes also crash. Fortunately, I was able to fix them (I suppose) and added new combo mechanic. You can visit the game after jam to see the changes if you like.

A beautiful game. It does lack some forward momentum though, so maybe a timer on how long you can stay in a core or having to time movements to music would improve it. Great job!

This looks and feels great to play!  I played a lot of Super Hexagon in the past so I kind of wanted there to be some pressure to force me to move quickly but I feel like letting me choose when to jump made me feel more in control than I would in Super Hexagon. This could be a very addictive game with only a few changes.

This is pretty cool!

IMO the explosion effect feels outside of the game, (It doesn't match the style)
But the game is very complete. Congrats!

I really liked playing the game, a bit repetitive so I won't play it over and over, but it felt really satisfying to pass every ring.

And I don't know, the visual really worked on me, simple but effective!

And well, couldn't be more in the theme ^^, well done!

Glad you enjoyed it. Actually there were 3 sets of rings and their possibilities change with the phases; however, the genius behind this game used int in random.range function for possibility so it returns only 0 lol (I just realised a few minutes ago).

Oyun genel olarak güzel olmuş. Mekanik güzel, feedbackler var, görsellik de hoş.

Geliştirme olarak önerilerim:

Oyuncu başarılı bir şekilde ileri atıldığında ödül feedbacki için bir ses efekti oyunu daha eğlenceli yapabilir. Görsel feedbackler var ama akustik ödül yok. Dopamin salgılatsın diye yani, amaç o.

Risk&Reward olayı eklenebilir oyuna. Benim aklıma gelen şöyle bir şey var, belirli bir süre içerisinde art arda başarılı ileri atılım yapıldığında ödüllendirebilirsin oyuncuyu. Hem kombo x2, x3, x4... şeklinde gider böylece daha hızlı puan kasabilir. Hem de her kombo sayısı arttığında yukarda önerdiğim ses efektini 1 pitch yukarı alabilirsin, bayağı yaygın bir taktik bu; özellikle de mobil oyunlarda. Mesela Stack ve Dunk shot oyununda buna benzer bir olay var. Pitch up 2sinde de var.

Tekrardan, başarılı bir entry olmuş.

Yorumun icin tesekkurler. Ilk ses efektini ziplamadan hemen sonra koyunca biraz fazla gurultu olabilir cekincesiyle yapmadim fakat ikinci onerin aslinda tam olarak oyunu istedigim tempoda oynamya zorlayacak bir fikir. Bos bir zamanimda eklemeye calisacagim tesekkurler.

Ah evet art arda çakışma olayı olabiliyor. Belki delayleyebilirsin, böyle yarım veya bir saniye filan sonra hem kombo yazısı çıkar hem ses efekti oynar. Bir de nefes alma süresi bırakmak iyi oluyor zaten öyle şeylerde, bir anda her şeyin olmasındansa daha boşluklu olmaları anlaşılabilirliği arttırıyor.
