I hate this small dust balls. ò_ó In addition to that they seem to mock me with their laughing. Very frustrating! I would not say that I had fun playing your game, but very good execution. ;)

Developer

I hope you had at least a little bit of fun, even if you ended up hating the dust balls :D

Thank you!

Infuriatingly fun game. Please add a "nuke them all" button. I completed in 6:42, with my hands soaked in dust after a slaughter. It was very cute and polished, most people already pointed out the font issue.

Great job!

Developer(+1)

"Infuriatingly fun" is just what we were going for. This game's reception has now met all my expectations and hopes. 6:42 is a pretty good time, congratulations! (that was probably faster than me, and I have way too much practice).

Thank you for playing & commenting!

What a lovely game! Cool idea and good execution! But can become a little hard for none native speakers like me.

Developer

Thanks! Sorry you couldn't fully enjoy it :( we didn't think about the difficulty of some riddles for non-native speakers.

I am very bad at those type of game and got stuck on the third word :DDD

I only wish there was a hint or maybe a single use button that make more bunnies spawn but give you one letter or two.

Great looking game from what I could do, it felt polished and interesting.

Thank you! We hadn't thought about a "clue" functionality, but I think it's a great idea. It is a bit sad to get stuck in these short games, specially when you want to see all the game has to offer to rate it. I like the possibility of adding alternative ways  to beat the game / clues so that everybody can enjoy the game without just giving the answer. We'll try to keep it in mind if we make another game with a puzzle element.

You guys did great ! the concept is quite original and i like all of the nice little details you put into the game, the letter rotation bound to the corresponding one on the keyboard is such a good element !

I really like the tone as well, Booky's dialogue is quite funny XD and i like his design

the game can be a bit tough though, as in finding the right side up to some of the letters in this cursive font while managing the constant dustbunny spawn.

Still managed to reach the end, and the ending is quite well made and a nice surprise :)

Developer(+1)

Thank you! I'm glad you liked the concept! The letter rotation was the first thing we came up with, and it turned out to work better than we expected.

I guess the game is a bit hard... balancing difficulty is something we always struggle with. I'm usually quite bad at games, so when I can beat them, I think they must be not that hard... but then, I made it, so it'd be quite sad if I couldn't beat it xD

Submitted

Well the way you implemented the rotation is pretty clever, balancing here is quite tricky cause i feel it's not just gonna be from gameplay elements but more about the fact that the game's about how much can people multitask, but then again i'm no good reference since i'm no multitasker :p

Developer

Yeah, the multitasking was intentional. We wanted the player to feel slightly overwhelmed. I think that can be fun for some people, but as with everything, you need to make sure it's not too overwhelming.

Very cool and novel game concept; execution ended up working pretty well also. Control and graphics were great, but as below font just didn't end up working out very well. Liked the different variety of dust bunnies!

Developer

Thanks! Glad you liked the dust bunnies! We wanted to make even more annoying varieties, but time was limited :D

Nice game idea! There was riddles i didn't understood after a significant time thinking but that can be just me being a non-native english speaker. The font used it's a global problem. But good game overall!

Developer(+1)

Thanks! I'm sorry you couldn't really enjoy it because of the language :(  We might include some kind of cheat in the next one with riddles/puzzles. It's frustating to get stuck in such a short game when you want to try it out properly.

Excellent 'riddles' game!
I just love the little creatures that steal the letters! Love the sound effects!
Excellent idea of a game.

Developer(+1)

Thanks! I'm glad you liked it :)

Really fun and unique game. What frustrates me is the font used, which makes the game equally as much about guessing "is this 'I', 'H', 'O' or 'N' actually upside down?". The credits screen is really creative and no doubt was made in the last hour of the jam, like ours.

Developer

Thank you! I agree about the font... we wanted to make it calligraphy-like, and by the time we realized the problem with some letters, it was too late to find another solution.

You might be right about the credits screen ;)
