I didn't get how to play, then read the comments, then I got it. Nice little game! Goof background and sound, chill vibe

I love the sound, it's sooo soothing! Perfect for a puzzle game like this. The concept is also simple to understand but leads to a lot of complex puzzles, which is perfect when setting up a good pace :)

It's pretty hard though! Or maybe I just need to brush up on my puzzle skills :) Also, I'd like it if you put more emphasis on this part of the instructions ingame: "In the stars with a black circle, number indicates size of the constellation that star is in." If you didn't read that, you wouldn't ever get the 2nd level.

Overall, it's pretty good! I can see this doing well in other markets :)

Thanks a lot for playing! Yeah, I should have clarified the two types of nodes in-game.

Cool game, but damn it's hard !

You develop a solving procedure over time! Also the levels are generated randomly and sometimes the generator does weird stuff so the difficulty curve is more like random noise. Feel free to skip hard puzzles :P

Love the background, UI polish, and the trail when cutting!

At first I thought it was just Hashi but with diagonal lines and was really confused on the second level. It took a bit of time to read and re-read the instructions before I saw the stars with a black outline meant size of connected component. The puzzle mechanics are great once I got that, I think it would have helped to invert the colors on the second type of star to distinguish them more.

The puzzles themselves were also great, I think a few of the ones I played had non-unique solutions. It looks like the puzzles are randomly generated after the first couple intro levels right?

Yeah! Too much people confused by the two node types. Should have written it in text ingame.

Levels after level 2 are random. I made these two simpler ones in hopes it would help tutorialise. Making unique puzzles with the current restrictions is very very hard, even by hand.

I coded a solver and its very very optimized and yet it struggles with 4x4s sometimes.

Thanks for playing!

This was a ton of fun. It felt like a harder Minesweeper, which is very much a good thing. The shaders were brilliant, especially the background one. The music and sound added so much to the game as well. Good job all around.

I loved the graphics and the audio. I had a hard time figuring out if I was actually solving the puzzles or just skipping it somehow. The confusion was more given that sometimes even with the proper number of connections the circles would not light. Some leves this worked fine but others not quite.

Besides that, I enjoyed the whole feeling and chill of the game. Great work!

I very much enjoy this game. Simple, mellow, and the concept for the puzzles were very nice. That said... I might be slow, but I was having issues with the second puzzle and my understanding of the rules. I was under the impression that the number on the circle was the number of connections that circle needed, but, there were a couple that didn't seem to "light up" when given the number of connections as labeled. For instance, the bottom left circle reads "4", but even if I gave it 4 connections, it did not light up. So... I'm a little confused if it's the game or if I misunderstood the rules.

There are two types of stars, with and without the black circle. The number in the latter indicates the total number of stars in the constellation that star is in, not the number of connections.
