A very very good entry
The concept used here isnt that original but the mechanic of clones feels fresh and super polished.
The artstyle is great and just goes perfectly with the joking tone of the game.
I guess my only complaint is than there is not music or ambience. I would like to see some office props in the levels that you can destroy when on that tile or something. I really got no bad stuff with the gameplay (even though I'm pretty bad at puzzles).
Keep it up! This is a great game :)
This was a lot of fun. I think this was a better take on the "rolling die puzzle game" from this jam. Pretty much the only real comment I have on it is this: Was level 6 broken for anybody else? For me, the button on the stage didn't do anything, and I could never get access to the goal no matter what I tried.
We don't have any known bugs at the moment, but I've seen people on streams struggle with level 6. The button requires the die to have the one side facing up, which isn't obvious from the texture. If we continue with this we'll definitely tutorialize that better and make it harder to miss. Thanks for playing!
Ah, that makes sense. I went back and replayed the level, and that was exactly what I was missing. Yeah, I think there could have been some sort of tutorialization for that, but I'm not entirely sure what that would be other than just spelling it out.
This game was a unique take on a common game in this jam. It was difficult but the levels were well made.
Thanks for submitting your game to the stream, here's the interview; https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1539804385
<3 Fun levels and good presentation :3 well done <3
At first it seemed similar to a lot of other submissions, but the twists you added make it very original and a great submission!
A nice dice puzzling game! Clear visuals, direct handling of the dice! Feels and looks great! Well done!
A dice puzzler with a nice twist. The office theme also helps it stands out from the others. Very well polished as well! Great game!
Would love if you can check out my game too!
It's very similar to a lot of other submissions, but the mechanic of only moving the dice with the same face up is really clever! It makes for some very good puzzles.
The little office backstory is nice too, it gives this game its own identity among the mass of puzzle ones ^^
Good work! =)
Very creative and amazing overall game for a 48h jam. Well done! Cheers!
omg some of these puzzles get really hard!!! (in a good way) Dice to Meet You is a very clever puzzle game. Congrats on your submission morrilet, JeremyHelsel and NoahCentury !
Cool concept and very well finished game!
took me 3 levels to get the mechanics, but it was really enjoyable! The level design is great
cool game! liked the office vibes, good puzzles! well done :D
Very cool and well finished, a bit hard for my little brain but enjoyed it !
Really cool idea and well made!
It's great that you added the option to play all levels, I was really stuck on 6 and it allowed me to continue playing.
The puzzles are very challenging and require thinking.
It took me a litle bit to understand the blue dice mechanic, but once I did I enjoyed the puzzles, although I feel the difficulty curve is a little steep.
The basic game idea is actually amazing and leads to really fun gameplay and puzzle solving. The art style is really nice and moving the dice around is really satisfying. The first tutorial puzzles are really well made and there's a lot of tough to crack levels. All in all, amazing game that I would whole-heartedly recommend!
