Wow! This is a nice take! Bullet hell where you only move in a loop! This is great. Also the art style and sound is so goo! Good job!!

Really nice vibe Congrat !

Artstyle is great! For me personally the choice of music was to chill for a boss fight and the fighting pattern didn't had some "ups and down" just constant bullets ... would enjoy it more when there is some "intense action" but also periods of rest - instead of "bubble shield would" prefer a dash... and if there would be some increased difficulty with the boss becoming angry over time and then changing the attack patterns.

I absolutelly adored this game. It's a well designed bullet hell with a very cute artstyle and very clean presentation. Movements being constrained to an orbit is a very cool and novel idea that can lean itself to some really cool ideas for bullet patterns, this was probably not the best showcase of that as most patterns are fairly straight forward (although the spinning lasers fit the theme, while we're at it) but I can see the crazy potential should you pursue this further. I also just want to know more if there's any world building going on here because the aesthetics alone are so endearing.

Thanks for informative feedback! You're totally right, there's definitely so much more to do here with the orbit mechanic and I'm excited to explore it more in the future!

Got some Super Hexagon vibes here! Loved the super consistent art style and the gorgeous soundtrack. Kudos!

Great game with amazing art!!

You were already there when I played it on stream today but here’s the timestamped video for future reference.

i love this! really takes me back to wow raiding. Dumb me i spent a whole couple of minutes just dodging before i realized i had spells of my own. thats what i get for not reading before pressing play :P and the loop (circle) aspect of it is really unique controls in a fun way.

Hi! Such nice visuals! I really enjoyed the colour palette, pixel art and animations! Really beautiful!

The game itself is also very fun! But hard for a casual player(me)! I played twice and only managed to beat half of dragon fruit HP :D

Love the vibe, from the music to the animation, it feels so good to play this game

Wow, very nice art and the gameplay is very fun! 😊

i suck at these kinda games, but its a nice art style and I gave it a good few attempts!

Developer(+1)

That's all I could ask for, thanks for trying! :)

Great art! The game is too difficult for me...

Submitted(+1)

Tough game! Very fun though. The thing it could use to take it to the next level is just juice and polish, perhaps expand upon the timed skills :D

Developer (1 edit)

Funny you say that about the juice, the boss was meant to flash and move a little when hit, but I forgot to set the boolean for it to true in the deployment build! Also realized after playing your game I should have some kind of effect for bullets that have died!
Thanks so much for the feedback! :D

I feel that kind of bug. Forgetting something that you had remembered the whole development just to not remember at the most critical time lol. I've definitely done that :D

Loved! The art is beautiful, the controls are on point and the game is tuff, but fair! Really great work!

Very cool game, nice art and nice music!

wow this rules

Really fun, but extremely hard! I could only get through about 75% of the boss after about a dozen attempts, but it's really fun and polished.

Great gameplay, artwork and music! Everything is picture perfect! Awesome work by dev , enjoyed this game very much . I believe you got the potential to expand this game as well with more variety of bosses and other skills! Cheers.

I like the bullet-hell gameplay!

Feels like undertale but in a loop, great! job!

It feels very smooth and it is good looking.

Developer

Thanks! I appreciate the feedback! :)

A very fun bullet hell with excellent execution. Loved the simple art style and palette, and the moves that the boss was doing felt very well telegraphed and fair (though still challenging to dodge at times!). The difficulty was on the harder side, but still very doable. I don't play many bullet hell style games, and I was able to beat this one in maybe 10 tries total. Well done!

Developer

Thanks for playing! Yeah I definitely should have toned it down for the jam but glad you managed to beat it! :)
