fun game, only main issues being that the star sound effect feels a bit sharp after a while and the cooldown on pressing/holding left mouse button feels weird to exist

Really fun, this is for sure a game where you would want to have good timing and reaction speed (mine is not great), but it is fun. I do think that the hitboxes can use tweaking (but they are much better then mine, I knew they were bad, but we left it), and maybe it is just me on a bad computer, but it feels like there is a small input delay. But other then that, this is a great game.

I really love the flowing movement.
This is going to sound strange - but I think you can remove the left mouse button.
It felt so much more satisfying, and looked so much prettier, when I was snaking around the sky like some sort of celestial serpent (although, this made the levels harder).
I also love how such a simple idea can make things so complicated in non-obvious ways.

One thing that I would suggest changing is the hitbox for the big wide laser beam.
On level 10, I died instantly, even though I was at the top of the screen, the ship was at the bottom, and (visually) the beam hadn't hit me yet - I should have had *just* enough time to escape.
I suspect that when the beam activates, you just turn on a collision rectangle that covers the whole area it will cover?

First of all, thank you so much for playing my game! I agree with most of the reviews, and people were using RMB rather than LMB, so I think I will do some tweaks to balance it out! For level 10, I did check that the collision was directly enabled when the enemy shoots laser, so for that I am extremely sorry, and will fix that after the game jam ends. This was surprisingly fun for a simple movement system!  But man, I almost raged at myself several times for getting lazy after a successful straight into a turn and not gunning straight again in the right direction.  The rocks were also a really fun twist on that movement (although I would have loved to have used them tactically rather than trying to avoid them most of the time).   Nicely done!

its plenty of fun!! the unique movement mechanic is nice, but i only have one problem with it. i think theres some delay when i press LMB, so it was kinda difficult to pinpoint to a direction. all in all, i like it

Hi! I've had real fun with your game! Mostly it was a good time before the level 5th because I am a really casual player and the additional challenge did break me :D 

Cool mechanics! Very well-executed, with all the animations and sounds, the game looks and feels nice and smooth.

This movement was surprisingly fun to mess around with, it felt very intuitive and very fair despite it's intentionally roundabout nature. The levels also felt well designed around the movement, and the escalation of difficulty was very well done. Great job!

Really unique idea, and surprisingly challenging to control the ship. Lots of fun mechanics to play with. I think it'd be helpful to have a visual indicator of the cooldown after going straight, as it takes a short time to re-initiate it after releasing. Good job on your game!

Finally great control system for the rocket! I would just add some keys instead of using rmb and lmb - was little bit hard to control it.  Nice one!
