Nice interpretation of the theme. The movement felt random, though I liked how you can change the gravity multiplier, and add a force to control the movement. A bit hard to master as has been mentioned, very litte room for learning the game. When you don't give the players enough rewards (AKA they keep failing on level two) - They will quit. So make the first levels easier -level design wise, and then scale it :)
I love this idea and is a really interesting take on the theme. It was a bit hard to control at times and I wish the ball wasn't as bouncy but I had great fun playing it!
I really like the idea of the game, its very creative, I never thought of something like that! I suggest to have some visual to help know the direction of the wind. Other than that, I though thegame was really interesting, so well done:)
This was a lot of fun, and has a really neat concept! The levels felt well-designed and never became too frustrating, though sometimes it felt like I was brute-forcing my way towards a solution rather than solving a puzzle the "proper" way. Good work on this!
Awesome, that's very nice to hear! I crunched the levels on Monday night, had maybe 3h of sleep that day before my actual work :) would not recommend
There is no "proper way" to play this game - as long as you reach de goal, you're doing it right :D I was enjoying myself during playtests trying to find ways to beat the levels in unconventional ways and then adjusting the levels to discourage shortcuts. Nonetheless, there are still plenty of ways to work around it!
Really fun and unique game! I really like the wind controls, they allow for an interesting way of controlling the ball which is challenging but still fun. The gravity controls are a bit harder to work with and also weren't as useful as the wind for beating the levels in my opinion. But still a great concept with interesting level design. It had some cool visual effects too, like the wind particles.
Nice game mechanic! The level design clearly highlights it, well played!
Nothing too fancy honestly. Most of the levels I placed stuff semi-randomly first, then played it once or twice to see what happens with the ball, then went back to level design to make it a bit more interesting, then playtested again, moved stuff around again, rinse and repeat until the level felt like fun, not too hard and not too easy, and doesn't look like shit. I also tried to incorporate some unique mechanics every 2 levels or so, so that it progressed incrementally.
In the end I'm proud how it turned out :)
I like the music and the visuals is also pretty good. The idea is super interesting, but I do also find the game a bit too difficult to actorly play. Overall a good and interesting jam game. Well done.
It's quite hard to control but this is a really cool concept. Good job!
Super fun game! The progression of difficulty felt very smooth and each level had just enough problem solving to really make you think without becoming frustrating. The music was very relaxing as well!
The idea, incredible, and you still executed it quite well and being able to directly change the physics of the game felt very fun. However the controls could definitely be improved, but for a game jam game it was very good and I had fun playing!
Pretty neat concept and execution! I enjoy the chill vibes, and the idea of directly manipulating physics properties has a lot of potential. I will say, though, that it naturally ends up feeling finicky and like there's a little bit of luck to winning.
Wow, that was the hardest game I've played this jam lol.
Very cool puzzle game and concept, I can tell you really turned up the difficulty for that last level and it took me quite a few tries lol
