Thanks for playing, glad you enjoyed it despite some of its flaws!

It's fun! I liked how certain enemies seemed to be weak to certain attacks. This meant I had to think about not only what attack shape would be best but also which type would be best for the types of enemies on screen. I also liked the enemy designs. I think changing the mouse cursor into a target, or drawing an arrow from the player to the mouse, or something else like that to indicate that attacks and rolls are towards the mouse would make the game feel more complete. Also this is just a small thing but the electric beam from the blue attack comes out of the right side of the player instead of the center, which felt a bit off and made the beam come out at a slightly different angle than I expected. Still, I enjoyed playing this game, nice job!

Cool game! The art style and music have a nostalgic feel. It gets chaotic very fast but in a fun way! I definitely think it could use some balancing (for example spiders often just get squished right away, and on the other hand if you get even just two worms on screen then you're basically guaranteed to get to 300 points unless you make a mistake). I also encountered a bug where all of the hands on screen would freeze, and once they had been defeated no more hands would spawn. This left me softlocked and unable to submit the score for that round. But overall really fun game, would recommend!

Thanks for playing and for giving feedback! You are supposed to be able to roll under those walls easily, but unfortunately there is a bug where sometimes you bounce up and hit the red wall. There is at least a small reason to choose a faster speed because it allows you to get a higher score faster (score increases based on distance, but difficulty increases based on time. This means by choosing a faster speed you can gain more points before the difficulty ramps up). Although I still agree that there could have been more incentive to choose a faster speed.

Thanks for your feedback! I agree that the camera and controls around corners could use some work. The ship being able to roll on the ground should work. You may have to press down into the ground for a bit before it will actually start rolling. Although it is also possible that you found a bug that I haven't seen yet.

Really neat idea! I think it has a lot of potential to be developed further. One thing I noticed is that the camera being rotated at a slight angle made the grid-based movement a bit confusing. I think the movement would be more intuitive if the camera was aligned with the grid if that makes sense. There's also a chance that some of the dice roll off the table, and when that happens it is possible to build an arrangement of tiles that doesn't even connect to the end of the level. I think either preventing the dice from falling, or only letting the player proceed once a complete path has been made would be a good idea. I also encountered a scenario where I had connected a complete path to the goal but the terrain prevented me from getting there, so if the terrain tiles are being randomly generated then I think the terrain generation should check to make sure the terrain is passable. I understand that you ran into a lot of development issues though and I still enjoyed the game for what it is!

I like it! Using different dice to gain an advantage is interesting, and I like the dialogue of the characters. The player movement felt a bit slow and clunky, so I think that could be improved. I was also able to pull items out of chests without being able to get to the chest, which felt like cheating. I'm not sure if that was intentional or not.

Really cool idea! It took me a while to understand what was going on (I didn't know where the player character was, and once I found them it took me even longer to figure out that the arrow keys launch the attacks). I think a tutorial or a how-to-play screen in-game would be helpful since I downloaded the game from the jam page which meant I never saw the instructions on the itch page until after. But once I figured out the controls the game was fun and the sound effects were nice too!

I ran it directly on Windows and it didn't work for me either unfortunately.

I like the idea and the randomized dungeon is cool! The controls were kind of messed up for me, whenever I tried to move to the left the character would move to the right instead for a second before finally moving back to the left. I'm not sure if this bug is specific to only me or not but I thought I would let you know about it. Still, nice job in the limited amount of time!

It's fun! I do think a rolling animation for the die instead of it instantly snapping into place would have been really helpful for keeping track of its rotation.  Still, I enjoyed the puzzle solving and the die moving differently on the pink and gray tiles was interesting. Nice job!

Thanks for playing and for your feedback! The obstacles are randomly generated with the difficulty increasing over time, and I didn't have time to test the higher difficulties much so it's definitely possible that an impossible obstacle was generated by mistake.

I really like this one! The art looks nice and it's fun to play. I think there may be some balance issues with some of the enemies though, I encountered an enemy that healed more than I could damage it every turn, so I got stuck. I wasn't able to progress any more so I'm not sure how much further the game went, but I think the idea of collecting more dice over time which have different abilities has potential to be expanded on a lot!

Thanks for playing! The inverted control can be turned off in the game's options menu if you prefer!

It's a good game! I like the randomized special attacks and it's really fun jumping around while shooting at the incoming horde. The main thing I wish it had was some music.

Really fun! I like the strategies that can be made by changing the sides of the dice and moving the candies. The art is nice too!

Thank you! You don't have to donate but I appreciate it. Thanks for playing!

Thanks! I agree that the first level should have been a bit easier. The music is already on YouTube if you want to listen, here's the main in-game theme. The title screen music is also up on the same channel.

I like it! Each weapon had a unique feel which was cool. The tutorial didn't explain how to swap weapons, but once I figured that out it was fun! I will say switching between weapons was a bit jarring because of teleporting to a different location, and this led to situations where I would spot an enemy, and swap to the weapon I needed only to find myself in a different spot which meant I had to figure out again where that enemy was. The inclusion of a minimap was a nice touch though, and it did help with finding the enemies after swapping. Nice job!

Thanks!

Thanks, glad you liked it!
