AWESOME!! great UI design and UI System , A completely Reverse Role Concept but little complicated which upgrade to choose and other stuff. good work men
Thanks for playing!
Without really knowing how to play the game I managed to be self-sustainable just by clicking compile over and over again.
Sorry for poor game balance. I didn't have enough time to playtest that much.
Love the concept and presentation! I thought the optimal strategy was a bit too easy to figure out though and the balance wasn't the best but the game was made in 48 hours so that's understandable. Would definitely play a full version of this with more depth and content.
Thanks for playing! Glad you enjoyed it!
I got the gist that just choosing to not include the wrenches meant you would win, and it turned out to be that case. So maybe make the strategy more involved because now it was: pick combo's that do not make you gain wrenches, use all your discards every turn to get rid of wrenches.
Thanks for playing. Sorry for poor game balance. I didn't have enough time to playtest that much.
No worries, I also struggled with time. It was an enjoyable experience still!!
Really liked the strategy involved, and how polished the game is. Great Job!
Thanks for playing!
Interesting! As many other comments have said, would love a more involved tutorial, but I got it eventually. The mechanic of making patterns to improve your performance is very clever and introduces a great feeling of strategy to the game.
My main critique is that the link to the theme of Roles Reversed is only in the narrative context, not the gameplay. I'm not familiar enough with this genre of game to imagine how you could have reversed the gameplay, but it would have been interesting to see. Still, well done!
Thanks for playing and for the feedback!
😂 Thanks for playing!
Neat game! I feel a more interactive tutorial would make the game's mechanics a lot more digestable. Nice work!
Thanks for playing! Sorry for text-wall tutorial. I didn't have enough time to make a proper one but I am glad that you liked the game!
I liked the mechanic of matching up the symbols to create multiple algorithms at once! It is certainly replayable, too. I found the UI a bit hard to understand at first, though. I could see this game expanding with more symbols and algorithms to choose from. I wonder if you could make a sort of grid of symbols that let you form algorithms in multiple directions?
Glad you liked it! I might expand on this idea in the future because it has a lot of potential.
emails go brrrr
Awesome game!
Thanks for playing!
I enjoyed the AI making humans do the computing for them motif. pretty fun game and overall experience. Good job :D
Thanks for playing!
I've enjoyed this game. Feels like a cool idle project with tactical depth. Sadly you haven't implemented SFX, this could make it way mote stimulating. Also, even after I read the tutorial, I didn't get all the rules. The game was easy, so maybe I did something wrong. Overall, great job.
That's weird. The game actually has SFX. Maybe it is a problem with your device because they work fine for me. Anyways, glad you liked the game.
Really good game. There are a couple nitpicks, the short combos seem to be generally overpowered, since they are both easier to set up and it's possible to have many of them at once. And I also don't see the discard pile or something similiar that would reflect my chances of getting a specific thing next.
Thanks for playing! Sorry about poor game balance. The game actually doesn't have discard pile. Symbol rewards just increase chance to symbol to be rolled. The phrasing is a bit misleading but I hadn't managed to come up with anything better.
I really enjoyed it. Very interesting. I hope in the future you add more days or different difficulty level.
Thanks for playing!
Took me a minute to understand, but once I did, it was the perfect amount of strategy for me! Seeing all the combinations towards the end of my algorithms stacking was very pleasing. I think it would be cool to see the number of different tools go up over time and complicate things. I feel like it didn't really matter which new tool I chose after each level.
Thanks for playing! I was planning to implement few more algorithm mechanics to spice up the game but didn't manage to add them on time. I might implement them in a post jam version if I make one :)
Great art style and narrative. I like the music. Unfortunately, my brain have exploded on the tutorial text :D After that the game itself was more clear. Maybe interactive tutorial would be more approachable. Good job!
Sorry for text-wall tutorial. I haven't had enough time to create a proper one but I am glad that you enjoyed the game.
Big potential, like it
Thanks for playing!
The Game Is Really Fun And I Love The Concept. The AI Is A Very Recent Topic So I Find Game Made With It Really Fun And Uniqe!
Glad you liked it!
The Gameplay loop is really fun, the art looks amazing and the atmosphere is great, the only gripe i have is the slightly confusing and text-wall tutorial (a concise version would’ve been much better), great entry!
Sorry about tutorial. I didn't have enough time to implement a proper one but I am glad that you still enjoyed the game!
Really enjoyed the gameplay, art, and presentation. With a few more mechanics I could see it becoming a much longer game.
Thanks for playing!
