Oh no, my T-Spins.

Surprisingly challenging, I never realized how much I relied on have like "I" pieces in tetris before. It's a fun game and a pretty funny concept!

Too easy, and would have loved to see a 'player' actually moving the tiles around after you send them.

I didn't know being able to choose which tetromino to place can be this challenging. Very interesting!

Another great approach on the tetris-theme and completely different than ours! Very addictive and  surprisingly polished for just 48 h. Great work.

It costs 400,000 dollars to place these blocks... for 12 seconds

Very interesting gameplay, I have become the richest tetris club recuiter.

Really fun, but too easy. Perhaps increase the speed over time or track strikes over time instead of in a row. Played for like half an hour though, I could definitely see this taken further as a more puzzly game. Great job!

Developer

Hey, I'm really glad you found it engaging enough to play for so long! I really appreciate the feedback on difficulty, I look forward to expanding on this post-jam! (Tetris Manager 2012 - Collectors Edition)

I would love to play more of the expanded version! Let me know where to look out for it

There's 3 things I don't understand: Tetris, Sports, Economics, and Counting

Great work. I liked how it always know the piece you need and then gives it to you facing the wrong direction. It did need something to increase difficulty over time as I was forced to quit after 15 minutes, and I prefer to get crushed by the overwhelming number of pieces.

Really solid game! I thought it was super fun and I enjoyed it. Very calming, audio is great and it is a cool idea! Great job

Pretty solid, i still suck at it but that was the most fun i've ever had playing a version of tetris :)

Cool game.

Satisfying, pretty, and Nostalgic. IGN 10/10

The explosions as a line is destroyed are pretty satisfying. Well done!

Oh my god you have no idea how annoying that was to set up! it broke the game an hour before submission and I had to untangle everything, but I am glad I added it in the end

Oh damn that would've got the adreneline running. Worth it for sure.

Never thought tetris could be this hard. Good job!

Submitted(+1)

great game, while I'm really bad at it it's a really fun game

Developer

It has been interesting seeing half the comments say it's too easy and half say it's too hard. That is to be expected with reactiony-puzzly games, but I might add a difficulty system once the jams over

Submitted

Thats a great idea

so good

This game has a lot of potential, I think one change that could elevate the gameplay is lean into the deck building aspect. if you kept pieces forever until you used them, it would add a bit more strategy.

Developer(+2)

OOOh this is a good suggestion. I had it working like that initially, and I'm pretty sure I only changed it cause I aesthetically liked them all flipping at once. I was considering adding in something like what you are saying, with the addition of "limited edition" cards that only last a round, so there is a mixture of both systems.
