Wow, do not expect a local multiplayer game here!
The changing fast-phase gameplay is fun and addicting, I believe the concept is well-executed and realized. With 48 hours limitation, it's an incredible job to make the game this polished with so many different variations of mechanics and levels.
Hope that it will have an online version and support controller for the post-jam update!
Awesome game! The controls felt great to use and the take on the theme is really interesting. Nice work!
Some decent variety in objectives here and an idea that has some potential. A few points I think could be improved. Firstly the controls for player 1 and player 2 aren't symmetrical which feels a little weird; I think p2's shoot button should be 5 instead of 2. Controller support for both players would be ideal though. Also, the execution of the role reversal concept is a bit flawed. As it is, when the border is red, completing the objective just gives the point to the other player, but this means once the border turns red both players are incentivized to just do nothing. There needs to be something more pushing the players to take some action that might complete the objective to make this more interesting. Anyway not bad overall and a local multiplayer game is a cool take on the role reversal theme, would like to see this fleshed out and improved.
I love that you've made a multiplayer game. It's not often you see one of these here. That said I do with there was some AI to play against, but then it's a 48 hour jam, so...
The UI scaling issues were still there even in fullscreen mode in browser. It must be the screen size or something.

Wow, function multiplayer in 48 hours? Dang, props on that alone. Other than that the game is good old frantic fun. I'd love to see this game with more polish, do you plan on doing any post jam work on it?
Absolutely! A version with a slightly fixed UI has already been posted to my dash and I will be working on this project in the future in order to add a 4-player mode, drop-in controller support, and possibly a full release to console.

Fantastic submission! Super fun, and I could see a full version of this selling like hotcakes. Ridiculous level of polish for a 48 hour jam game. Feels great, thanks in no small part to the fantastic sound design and simple but effective artstyle. Great stuff!

Wish I had a friend to play this game with. the comment of vandarthul basically sums everything up. And I find it unique that instead of implementing the reversed roles in games, like game and player, you changed the role of the players and made minigames
I really like the presentation, but I'm still not exactly sure how to win each competition.

The control scheme is a bit weird but you get used to it pretty quickly, my main issue was how sometimes it can be hard to see what mode you’re in (lose or win) or who gets the point.
But overall very solid entry, needs a bit more polish on the sound and visuals (the transition rectangle wasn’t large enough to cover my whole screen)

Just played with my friend, not many games supported multi/duo players. It felt so polished and I had a great time! other than having a hard time pressing down to shoot, very chaotic and enjoyable time with your friend, good job!
