In the beginning I was impressed by the 2.5D graphics. At the end, I was impressed by the story and its connection to the theme. My only complaint would be the lack of a sprint button. Since the walking can become a bit tedious.

Amazing game. I love the style, usage of sprites and even the fact that grass react to you walking on it :). Also, for such a short game, the story is also really good and fits with the theme. Great job!

Wow the ending almost made me cry. Such a nice game with nice dialogue and nicely done facial expressions, it fits very well together. I like this 3d pixel style alot it very interesting and makes looking and walking around really fun. Im just missing some epic music for the background to really round up the atmosphere.

That's an Amazing game! definitely my favorite so far and an easy 5/5! the graphics are absurd for a game made in only 48 hours, and the story fits perfectly in the theme (Amazing plot twist btw). Please expand this into a bigger project!!!

Impressive art,  my favorite tree is the birch so I was very happy with your game. Impressed by this camera stuff with game maker studio, did you use voxels to create this game ? The story is really short but I have to admit, I really liked it, the puzzles are more for the the exploration of new landscapes for me ;) The theme is very well respected since the purpose of the story itself is to be out of control. And I loved the way the grass moves when the hero touch them, you did a great job, congratulation for this short but impressive game.

This game is phenomenal! My favorite of this game jam! The visuals are amazing, the movement of the camera is a touch of class, the puzzles are difficult at the right point, but the most beautiful part is the story... I do not want to spoil but the ending is just mind blowing! my easiest 5/5 ever!

i like the 3d 2d art style and it nice to see a story driven game once in a while, but i had a glitch where i would somehow skip parts of dialog so i kinda missed the point, it's a good atmospheric game that has a lot of potential out side of the jam yet this one has some problems i think. i'll be honest and say the story wasn't that interesting if it's your first that understandable.

Cool concept, but the camera is a bit annoying. I like the way the camera turns, but you can't really see that far ahead. Other than that, it's good. I like the story too.

Awesome game! I love what you did with sprite stacking! I always wanted to try it but never got a change...  The game is nice, and the plot twist at the end was unexpectable... well done!
