How does your game fit the theme?
For the majority of the game you don't control the player, you control the world around the player . May also involve some out of control physics....definitely by intention. Enjoy!

Aw man, Unity physic is so wacky sometime, it made this game incredibly fun to play. The art is very cute and charming. The musics were great too. It gave the game so much personality. One speed run strat I found was at the gravity section where I could just smack the character to the end with the platform, instead of use the platform to protect the character.
While i know the wacky physic is what added to the charm of this game, there were few bugs i found during my play that broke the game, and had to restarted a few time :( However, this is a 48hrs jam, bugs are bound to happen.
Overall, I really enjoyed playing this game. Definitely one of my favorite so far. Great job!
Thank you so much for the kind words! It means so much!! :D
Yeah that speedrun strat is one I didnt want to get rid of because it made me laugh too much xD
I am sorry about the bugs the physics near the end of the jam were driving me insane, but I do plan to try and remove the bugs at a later date.
Thank you so much!
nice Idea and beautiful graphics. I couldn't read the text in the "spring" area (just after the lava) because of the camera and I find a bug when you push the subject on the springs, he flies at a very high speed
Thank you! - And thats a shame I will make the text more visible if I get a chance to come back to this! And sorry about the....power bounce the springs were a huge pain
I got launched into limbo by the moving platform, then restarted and it happened again so kinda got stuck there 🤣 could've done with a 'restart from checkpoint'. The silly physics are pretty fun though, and I liked the jaunty music. Good stuff
Ah did you! Sorry about that and yeah a save checkpoint system will be something I try to add at some point....or just better physics!
But I am glad you enjoyed :)
I went back and beat it now, I think I might have skipped some puzzles because I literally launched the little guy right to the end of the level with the platform 😂 cute game, would be nice to see a full version some day!
Nice idea!
As others have said, having the camera locked to the character sometimes gets a bit annoying, expecially when you're trying to figure out the "puzzle" but your view keeps being moved away by the character respawing
Thank you!
Yeah I see everyone's point with that, I could've made you have full control of the camera to go around the map, I'll make sure I make a note of that :)
Nice job! The "Out of Control" gameplay felt really good and the graphics were really cute! Well done. :D
Thank you so much for the kind words! :D
It was really fun. I just wish there was more of it. There were lots of ideas to explore. Also, the text was a little bit hard to read sometimes.
Either way, the art was really good and the physics fit the theme really well and were pretty funny at times. Please make more levels!
I am glad you enjoyed! I had plans for more but the time frame kept me from doing so. Noted about the font!
I am glad you want more! I will definitely try and add some more things to it in the future :)
Fits the theme perfectly! I love the Art Style as well! This could be a great full-lenght game :)
Thank you! I'm glad you think so I'm interested in finishing this game a bit more at some point
Great fit to theme! Only suggestion would be to make it more clear which objects are interactable and which ones aren't :)
Thank you so much! And yeah I know what you mean I planned to add a glow to the interactable objects , but unfortunately didn't have time
That was fun to play, and you really nailed the theme! Nice job.
Thank you very much! I really appreciate it :)
It was a fun play. The music loop is maybe a little too short but enjoyable xD
This said.. I had an issue where the switching gravity mechanic is because I had taken control of the platform and, as the player character collided with it while "flying" towards the ceiling he was thrown away on the right and just remained stuck there in limbo without moving anymore with his head licking the ceiling xD
Also.. I would think of a button press that would make the character move faster :)
I am glad you enjoyed!
And I am sorry you had that issue, I intended the platform you can grab to be like a bit so you can smack the player the right direction but I am sorry he got stuck!
Yeah I saw another suggestion for that so I will see what I can do :)
No worries. I think it's normal for jam games to have imperfections like that one. I just posted it for future adjustments :
Yeah thats what I am telling myself xD - And I will note it down, I am interested on working on this game more :)
Fun looking game with great audio tracks (which made me chuckle) and interesting gameplay mechanics. My only problem is that character is slow, would be nice to have a key (maybe Shift) to speed him up a little bit.
Thank you! I must say testing with the music was a lot of fun on my part. That's fair, I probably made them too slow to try and keep the game a bit easier so thank you for the feedback!
Very cute-looking and an interesting concept.
Thanks so much, that's what I was going for :)
drunk Harry potter! xD thank you so much :)
This game needs to be the official defintion of "out of control". Jokes aside, it's pretty cool! i really laughed with that physics xD.
I mean I won't disagree with you on that ;).
Thank you! I'm glad you like them! I love playing with Unity physics seeing what I can
breakmake fly!Funny sound effects, well-animated character. Gameplay in general is a little rough due to the way the game's view is locked onto the character and doesn't seem to take into account if you're holding something, although the foundation is there and the idea is good.
Had issues with the resolution support. I'm on a widescreen monitor and the game wasn't designed to accommodate that (fullscreen mode forces the game to crop stuff out, didn't see an option for windowed mode), so I had to set my resolution to 1080p to play the game. Found a couple bugs that can happen when you're holding something and the character dies.
Thank you for the kind words!
I'm sorry you had issues! I'll look into them properly, if you have any in detail bugs please let me know :)
There's a platform by the lava that you have to grab to protect the character- I held on to the platform when the character died and, when it respawned and walked into the gravity reversing arrows, he started floating weird and continued to fly up forever. Not sure if it was because I had the platform or not, also couldn't repeat it!
That is very weird, I am guessing he got stuck against the roof in the lava area? Because if so I kinda know the issue (basically a lack of time to iron out everything xD)
