Great idea and execution. And OH MY GAWD THE ART IS THE CUTEST THING EVER! I love the fact that you can run around like an idiot with the corpses of your enemies. Would love to see them stacked into a staircase with pick-up being also restricted to one time per cadaver. Too bad I couldn't take them through the door, tho. I was looking forward to killing other guards with their dead mates. 

By the way, gently dropping the knife instead of throwing it worked for me.

Great game, one of the thing I noticed was one of the guards jumped way to high outside the screen, and as many others have said, it would've been better to have the knife move horizontally for a certain distance at least, overall a very good and smooth experience!

That seemed to be a strange bug in the final build of the game, strangely it worked properly while testing. I'll definitely come back to that when I can and fix it. Thanks for the input!

The game is very nice. The knife throwing thing was very hard for me and it felt like I just needed more luck than I had.  I would like to see your future projects.

Cute game. Overall, the game work fine, but some moments take from fully enjoy the experience. For my taste, the camera is too close to the player, knife throw feels random (aka without luck you can't kill the guards) and the barel is buggy (it took me like 10 attempts to kill the dude). I like the game, is just need more polishment. Good luck with you future projects.

Thanks for the message! I did notice some of these bugs while testing just sadly I didnt have the time to get around to fixing it, so sorry about those problems you saw. I will in the future come back and fix it all when I have time. 

Game feel very good, except when I threw the knife (I want to throw the knife more horizontally).

Ennemies are a little bit too fast and too smart, as I wanted to make the bridge disappear he just jump on my head :(

The game feel is very smooth - that's what impresses me the most. (Although having to try again after slipping up after a very long level was frustrating. Maybe just make the levels shorter?) My main concern is that if you made the items multi-use then the levels won't really change very much - I didn't find a situation where a level was challenging specifically because the items were single-use.

Thank you for the input! It's a good point that the one-use items don't really show up as the core mechanic of the puzzles. I'm definitely planning  on coming back and updating this game so I will surely take that into account when I do so.

I loved the level design! The controls were frustrating at times, forcing me to repeat the same steps over and over again after I already knew what had to be done. And when I threw the knife over the guard's head I gave a huge facepalm.

Thank you! May I ask though, what about the controls were frustrating? I'd love to come back to this game with much more time and really polish and finish it so I'd love to know everything that could make it better.

Things like using an item not wanting to (a big deal since that is the main distinguisher of the game), slipping off from edges (especially when trying to jump on top of boxes), the fast reaction time required to throw the knife, and the way the knife goes in an arc above the guards. The key for using an item also should be changed, it could use a different finger than the movement.

I could really see the potential in this one. It is a shame that you got tied up and I hope whatever it was resolved. Most of my issues were with confusing level design and unpredictable physics but pumping out as much as you did was really dope.

Pretty good! I really laughed when the guard jumped over the knife.
