I beat all 5 levels! This is a really intriguing and abstract puzzle platformer! I like how you have to plan how to use the lions to help make the fastest route possible to every coin and the flag at the end, with nearly endless ways to do so! (Shoutout to the golden lions, easily the best ones, there wasn't a level I didn't use them on). Love the catchy music, that Woodblock Space goes hard! If you were to add more levels in the future (you can add more lions by adding arrows to the sides of the card selector menu), new lion idea examples include:

  • Purple lions that teleport you downwards.
  • Dark blue lions that increase your jump height but decrease your speed.
  • Teal (or light blue) lions that increase your speed until you jump once (with said jump being a super jump).
  • Maroon lions that move when touched, moving in the opposite direction they were touched in (while floating or falling slower).
  • Hot pink (or red pink/carmine) lions that bounce the player away from them when touched like a pinball bumper!

Glitches I found include the lions being able to be dragged under the ground, the golden lions falling off or clipping into each other sometimes when they bounce while stacked, and the golden lions clipping me under platforms when they land on me.

The depth to this is insane and everything looks and sounds great.

Very cool game.

The visual style is amazing! Pro level! It's a very hard game indeed.

Such an interesting spin on the puzzle-platformer genre, sure it might not be the BEST fit for the theme but still a creative concept nonetheless.

LOVED IT !

It's a really fun story, Challenging game. Good graphics, clever puzzles. Really nice music, I love the story, because it's something I see in my country, they ask people under 30 years with experience that you only have when you are in your 50's. And the corporate lions are so neat. Yes, it's a really good game.

Good game. Very detailed.

A short tutorial might've helped.

Really like the mechanics, maybe the texts that explain the lions abilities are a bit small if you don't play the game at fullscreen. Also, I loved the email at the beginning, funny and sad at the same time...

I like to concept but I would love if it’s give tutorial for each lion on a simple level then increasing the difficulty from there.

Super cool and unique concept! Was very strategic which I overall really liked. The art was also a super cool style! Well done!

A great idea that requires platform operation and route planning.

I  thought about how to get through the level, until my screen was filled with lions.

Developer

Thanks for the compliment! Yeah, the planning phase is quite tricky (as it was intended) but I am glad that you enjoyed it.

Some of the text is a little hard to read with it not all being visible on the screen and how it's presented isn't the best. I figured out what to do. It's sort of fun and the graphics and music are great. It really needs a bit more explained since some stuff feels a little random.

Developer(+1)

Thank you very much for the feedback. Do you by any chance remember which text was hard to read or not visible? I tested the game on two deviced with different screen resolutions to ensure that there isn't stuff cut off but maybe I missed something. Or was it just too small?

The intro text has some of it trailing off the UI, and the button UIs for the spawning of the lions had some of it stretching off of it a little bit.

Very well presented the game play part was a bit confusing and you lost me though sadly.

Thank you for trying my game and your honest feedback! I might look into the game again in the future. If so I'll try to figure out how to make it less confusing.

Very unique puzzle game and a design which I have never experienced before but it is very challenging to learn and to master. Overall a very unique rememberable way of art to depict a systems stability in the form of lions.

Developer

Thank you very much for trying the game and your feedback. I am glad that you enjoyed it and found the idea unique. I agree that the game is quite challenging. Balance really is essential for this kind of game and it's definitely on of the aspect I would need to adress if turning this into a full game.

Cool game needs a little more direction but very unique nice work

Interesting idea!

The game is a bit challenging, but it makes you think, which I like. I enjoyed the bits of humor and the absurdity of the virtual lions. Very creative take on the theme!
