I love bullet hell games and this was definitely a new twist i loved once i figured out what was going on! the idea that you have to cycle through your weapons to let heat dissipate was really neat idea. One of the things you could have done visually is make the indicator arrow yellow so you could see it better when cycling.
This would be really well rounded out if you had a time survived or a kill score at the end if you wanted to keep this super short. nicely done!
At times it was hard to see what was going on but it's very visually striking and smooth.
Pretty cool start, I like the tilting ship animation, looks pretty nice. With a little more time and polish, I think you could keep working on this idea :)
It was an interesting music track and some good soundfx, really like the face that I had to switch lazers. Nice job!
Readability is a bit tricky. When choosing colors, you can try capturing a screenshot of the game, pasting it into an image editor and converting it to grayscale, and see if it's readable enough.
The resource management is an interesting concept. Looking forward to see this idea fully developed. Good work!
Nice colours and the start of something great, well done!!
Keep at it mate, I think with a bit of juice like effects on deaths/bullet hits and a little bit of polish, you'll be onto something!
Hey dude! I think you can make your game greater than that. It's hard to see the ships. Haha
Put the "Embed Options" on EDIT GAME, as bellow. This way your game become 4times greater.
Thank you for the advice. I get distracted easily and am pretty unmotivated, but doing these jams really helps my motivation. Next one will be even better :)
