Very good interpretation of the theme! the hitboxes around the stings are bit too big I think - i sometimes died on them where I thought “hey… there was more than enough room between me and you” but aside of that, congratulations to creativity and design here!

Developer

I am glad you like the game concept and thank you for the feedback D I might check that out after the jam voting ends. :)

Very fun game. Loved the innovative idea of switching. Great work!

Developer

I am glad you like the game idea, thank you for playing :D.

Cool game. I didn't make the connection with the dimension portals until pretty late in my playthrough. I thought they were hazards like pink saws but then I thought to jump in one to see what would happen and yup it took me to the other dimension

Developer

Oh of course the portal was the last part I was supposed to work on but little did I know that it will be a bit  hard and time consuming I might work on that if I will have time to polish the game but I am glad you did spot that out and thank you for taking your time to the play the game :D.

I like the colors and the sound effects, challenging game.

Developer

I  am glad you like the game and thank you for the feedback :D.

Nice game. I like the art, music, and sound, especially the sound the player makes when he dies. Feels a bit slow, though. Maybe add something that allows the player to increase their pace. And you could add obstacles in the other dimension to make it more challenging.

I enjoyed playing the game. Awesome work :)

Developer(+1)

Thank you D for taking your time to play the game and I am glad you like the game and thank you once again for the feedback I might try and work on that after after jam voting. :)

Nice twist on the endless runner genre. My only complaint was that the hell dimension felt a bit empty.

Developer(+1)

Thank you for taking your time to play the game and thank you for spotting that out I might work on that after the jam vote :).

Nice endless runner concept! I think the dimension part could’ve been done better, but I like it. The music and SFX are there to set the mood, and the art style is quite unique. Good job!

Developer(+1)

Thank you for the feedback and I glad you played the game :D.

Nice endless runner almost missed that you can shift to another dimension but with the x button

Nice work I'll come back and play more later.

Developer

I would have  clearly indicated  that in some or the other but I am glad you did find it. Thank you :D.

Hmm, the hell dimension really needs some obstacles because it's almost impossible to die there. Anytime I switched back to the forest, there was a saw in front of me (so I had to go back to hell) or the game just broke. I think it might be more interesting if you went to hell when you died and needed to reach a portal there to return to the forest. Other than that, nice idea.

Developer

I really like that idea thank you for bringing that to the table and it might be a bug because isn't in a stable state I thought of showing the game mechanic and trying to have some feedback on what to improve and on the game page there is a disclaimer but I am glad you like the game and thanks for the feedback :D.

Nice work!
I would consider listing the "X to make a portal" control in a somewhat more clear spot, like the top of your game description or within the game itself (maybe along that blue strip at the bottom). It just took me a bit to realize that was a game mechanic.
I liked the large blurry trees in the backround, and the way you had them move - it was kinda mesmerizing when I looked at them!

And I like that you made an infinite runner! I was expecting to see more of those, but yours is the first I've seen. Good job.

Developer

thank you for the feedback and for playing the game I am  glad you liked the game and for sure I would have indicated that in a game but I am glad you spotted that out and thank you :D for liking my game art I created them using inkscape I am not an artist I just thought of trying it out.

Cool game ! Loved the art and sound effects

Developer

I am glad you like the game and the art, Thank you :D

Uhm I think I broke your game XD I swapped to hell dimension because its way easyer and after 1000m there were so many islands that spawend that I no longer had to jump - I stopped after 2250m and 7k diamonds^^

Developer

I guess you did D because I never saw that bug during the development and play testing but am glad you did find that bug. thank you for the feedback :D.

Had to try^^ my first ever solo game was also an endlessrunner xD if you want to check it out the original jam version is still on my profile

Developer

Of course  D I  don't see the reason to why not, please give me your link  or you can leave me a link in one of my page project so that I can check it out.

thank you and I am glad you liked game :D

I love the voice acting! It doesn't fit at all with the character which actually makes it very fun to hear. We had lots of smiles playing your game, good job!

Developer

I am glad to hear that you enjoyed playing the game that really means a lot to me thank you :D

What I like about this game is that the SFX are brilliant. A lot of games have abnoxious sounds but these was top tier. I did feel limited in my controls though, I think it would've been nice to move left and right? Nonetheless, great job! Endless runners never fail!

Developer

Thank you very much for the feedback and am glad you like some of the things the game holds, thank you for playing :D

Endless runner games for the win! Nice game...I was tempted to kill my character more than I probably should've to hear the sound effect against the nice calming background music though :)

Developer

Oh my goodness I did not see that coming, thanks for liking the SFX in  the game :D

Fun little runner. Wish I was better at these so I could have seen more but what I did see was good. :D

Developer(+1)

with time you will be getting better in this genre, am glad you liked the game thank you :D

I found the green level a bit disorienting, I think it was the combination of the moving screen with the unmoving grassy stuff at the bottom. Also, the portals have a bit of a delay between touching them and changing dimension, would feel better if it was more instant. The gameplay is nice. Overall a good game.

Developer

for the green level, it was ok now all the sudden it turned out to be something else I tried to debug but I couldn`t find the bug and by then I was running out of time and for the portal there was meant to be an animation there, where the character shrinks as it is going in the portal and out of portal and I did manage to Implement the in animation now the issue was with the out animation so I have to disable that mechanic due to the time, but otherwise thanks for spotting that out :D

Totally appreciate the disclaimers on the page - it's a work in progress. It glitched out for me. My character's no longer on screen, but he's running somewhere in the scene I guess...? I'm half tempted to just let it run, while I hit the hay here!

Like the game... Kind of a weird period of accommodation when shifting to the 2nd dimension. Great work for executing something in such a short time. Look forward to seeing what you do with this!

Developer

Thanks for playing the game even though it's still with so,e issues here and there. I spent most of my time trying out some ideas that might work without realizing I was running out of time, thanks for the feedback :D
