so far my absolute favorite-it forces you to confront the idea that you can’t multitask your way to success

Thanks again for the nice words, playing the game and posting about it on X. Happy you had some minutes of fun with my little game. Looking forward to play your entry!

Really clean implementation of a terrific idea!

It’s easy to imagine expanding this with a wider set of minigames.

My best so far: 31066

Developer (1 edit)

Wow 31066 is fantastic. Everything above 20‘000 is already very good but higher than 30‘000 is excellent 👍. Well done.

Yes, the initial idea was 6 mini games, but at some point I decided to cut the scope and focus on providing 4 mini games in a polished way.

Thanks for playing and the nice feedback!

Great game! Love the interpretation of the theme. Ended up getting 32208 points.

Developer

Thanks a lot for the nice feedback and grinding up to 32208 points. This is very good! I assume it took you a few tries or your are simply a master in multi-tasking 😊.

I try to interprete the theme always in a bit a different way and not the most obvious one. Great to hear you liked it.

Thanks for playing and the nice feedback. Cool you liked the concept as I always try to come up with a special concept for these game jams.

I found that I am better in math that typos :).Nice game

Developer

Cool, again somebody who is better in math than spotting typos. For me it is pretty clear that math is more difficult, but I am pretty bad in doing math without a calculator 😝.

Thanks for playing and the feedback.

well done)
Main challange - typos. tho there pretty simple words, It's hard for me to notice typos in general ,but  especially en (en  isn't my native language)

Developer (1 edit)

Wow 27789 is very good! Congratulations.

Ok, most people find math more challenging, but this is how people are different 😊. I built in a few very tricky typos which are hard to spot, especially if you are not native speaker.

Glad you still liked it and took the time go give me a feedback. Thanks.

Excellent game! Lots of fun playing this one!

The music, graphics and animation is so much fun! Good that the timer is visual and not numbers!

Quite engaging and frantic game! Loved it!

Developer

Thanks a lot for playing and the nice feedback. Happy you enjoyed playing it and liked my graphics, music and animation. Especially the animations took quite some time to do and polish 😊. Looking forward to play your game!

20238 pts, I was so bad at maths haha.

This game is very charming, loved it, well done!

Cool! Everything > 20‘000 is already very good! Agree in the Accountant game I am also pretty slow. At the beginning I even had 3 digit numbers, e.g. 435 $, in the calculation, but realized it was a bit too difficult. So I changed it to two digits and just mutiplied it by 10 to make the numbers look a bit bigger.

Thanks for playing and your feedback!

What an awesome, well built game! Really well made, easy to know what you have to do. Smooth interface. Loved the visuals - somehow innocent, but really well polished.

Amazing work, I love it!

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

Thanks for the nice feedback an playing. Especially happy to get nice comments about my visuals, as this is for sure my weakest point. I tried to keep it simple this time and I think it worked very well. Even if I want to, I cannot do better 🤣. A game changer was AI. I asked AI for some inspirations and art concepts. Then I took it from there and drew it on my own based on the AI art as inspiration. This way I had a nice starting point but still could ensure it is consistent.

Amazing game! The mini games are really fun and well thought-out, and even though there's only 4 of them, I still had a great time playing your entry. The graphics are wonderful, and the music as the game totaled my points had such a wonderfully happy vibe. Overall, this was an amazing entry, and I'd love to see a full game like this :)

Developer

Thanks a lot for playing and the nice review. Yes 4 mini games are not much. Initial plan was 6 (3 work and 3 life) so you have 9 different combinations. But I think you know how it is in a game jam 😝: At some point you need to cut on scooe and I decided to rather deliver 4 polished mini games than 6 unpolished ones.

how hard it is to do 2 things at the same time, cool interpretation of the theme, I liked it

Developer

Thanks for playing and the feedback. Yes agree, for me especially calculating and doing another thing is very challenging 😊.
