Really cool game. Was pretty hard in the beginning, but as soon as you get the hang of it, it is fun. I especially like the innovative use of the theme to replenish health and the controls / movement.

Some minor inputs, in case you update the game after the jam:

  • Some music would be cool!
  • The font is not super readable.
  • The enemy shots are a bit too big for my taste and I think the hitbox for the airplain is pretty small. I would have made the shots a bit smaller but then also let them collide with the wings of the airplane.

Really like this kind of games and the rewind mechanics. In my screen it seems too fast maybe you have trouble implementing deltatime?

Cool game with good aesthetics. The rewind mechanics is nice. My plane seems to be too big but the hit box is smaller because the projectiles are just passing through the wings. The enemy projectiles are too many or the fire rate is too fast, I cannot get rid of the planes at the lower part due to projectiles blocking the way.

Yep, your hitbox for taking damage only includes the center bit, not the wings; however your hitbox for collection does include your wings.  This is intended to skew advantage to the player, but i can see how it can be a tad confusing.  Also protip: your plane can fire at an angle; notice how your plane turns when moving.  If you get into a situation where there are too many enemies in a certain part of the screen, you don't actually have to move in front of them to clear them.  Try holding a direction key and tapping the fire button when your aiming laser is on top of enemies, then holding the opposite direction before you get too close.

Awesome! I am a fan of Luftrausers myself! I like the art style you went with and the rewind looks really nice. I found the controls not very smooth and also there is a semi-safe zone at the top of the screen. I also like that it shows your total number of collectibles. Keep it up!

Time reversal is a great mechanism, but the player's plane is a bit too big and difficult to control, making the gameplay quite frantic. Still, it's a great game.

Really well made game. I do wish it had a slightly shallower difficulty curve though. Although I do suck at bullet hells.

I tried this game and liked it! Really fast-paced and well done, surely one of the best entries of this jam. The rewind mechanic Is a bit bugged (got hit twice one time and I still don’t know why), but for the rest: congratulations!

Nice work catching the art style of Luftrauser, I like the self repair mechanic but I find the time window to use use it a bit short, nice work though!
