- Very original use of the theme ! The gameplay is simple yet fun. It was cool to see how the view could be expanded further. Well done.

I love the game concept and the direction you’ve taken. The visuals are perfectly aligned with the sound effects, keeping you engaged and eager to discover more. Amazing game!
Thank you so much! I'm glad I was motivated to stay away from public assets and make my own, and it makes me all the happier that they mesh well! Glad to hear you were drawn to discovery!
Amazing!
Thank you!
Besides being a really clever interpretation of the theme, this game presents a perspective on mental health that feels under-represented in games. I love Yume Nikki, and there are a lot of games like it that stand as visceral, impressionistic portraits of depression. There's a lot of value in these (both for people who relate and for people who otherwise might not be able to) but off the top of my head I can only think of a handful of games about getting better
something The Mouldering Form doesn't help withso kudos for that.In terms of design, I think 2-3 more repeatable sources of mental energy would really make this sing. Mechanically, this mostly just makes the waiting periods where you're otherwise just spamming the computer more interesting. And to be clear, I love the computer and the little messages! But speaking as someone for whom online friendships were life-saving, my mental health got a lot better once that was no longer my only source of support, and conversely, as my mental health got better, I found myself able to practice a wider variety of self-care. Which is to say: I think it would support the narrative as well if you're interested in expanding this after the jam.
It's rare for a jam game to hit this hard as a work of art for me. You should be proud!
I am humbled by your message. Thank you so much. I have no words.
I fully agree with you on the extra sources! A cat and perhaps the characters partner/friend were planned right from the start, but I was so damn worried about overscoping that I decided to hold off on those. Also, I couldn't justify the character having a partner or outside help and the house being a massive mess. So the idea needed more time in the oven anyway.
The reactions I've been getting on the game motivate me to work on the game some more after the jam, for sure. You're right, we don't often see games about recovery, and I felt strongly about the theme. Thank you again.

caaaaaaaat
very nice game and extremely engaging good job
Thank you so much!!
I really like it! Simple gameplay and a wholesome ending. Hope the developer continues making great game in the future
now that I've expanded my own personal world, you can bet I will. Thank you so much, that means a lot to me.
Good job on this one! The gameplay is pretty simple, but I like the way that it progresses with the narrative that it's trying to tell; it's kind of inspiring. Looks and sounce nice too.
Thank you for the kind words Iggy. It warms my heart that the game was inspiring to you!
Really cool project!
I loved the ambient sounds and the relaxing nature of the game.
I had some small trouble to find the final pieces and noticed i needed sunlight (to avoid spoilers for others)
I went back and played it a few times :) Great Job!
Thank you so much for the kind words. I made sure to hide some hints in the screenshots as well.
Really nice concept and right in the feels.
I got issues finding the crumbs on the kitchen and i was about to give up, so maybe having an indicator or clue of where you might be missing something, or just changing the color of the tiles in the kitchen so its more noticeable would be great.
nice cute game!
I'm beginning to believe it might be a colorblind issue on my end. I really wish I could change it now, but I'll hop back in when the judging period ends.
Thank you so much for the kind words <3
Man…🐴 That really got me feeling a certain way. Very cute game.
Thank you so much. I'm so glad I was able to convey those feelings to people. There were times I got so focussed on the game I was afraid the messaging got lost.
I really like the idea of this game and the story/message it is conveying. Matches the theme very well. The clicking is very satisfying combined with the sound effects (I can't believe you did the foley yourself, it's very well done). Excellent work, especially as your first published game!
Thank you so much! I'm honestly so surprised I got the foley working as well as I did. amazing what a phone and a voice recorder can do.
I'm in love with that idea! It's simple but incredibly effective in terms of narrative. I can't progress past that point, am I missing something?
Dust on the kitchen floor :) And have you taken a bath yet?
Oh, I didn't see the dust because the view was zoomed out and the contrast with the kitchen floor got lost on my small screen, but it's actually super obvious in the screenshot 😅 Thanks! I finished the game, it's one of my favorite take on "expand" so far!
Thank you so much! That means a lot ^^
A fun game with a very touching story, hidden somewhere within the 40 bags of trash.
slapping this quote on the back of the box. Thanks for the kind words, Host!
