  • to be honest... I don't understand what's going on. Seems like I can rotate the camera and that's it and then at some point it ends. I'm sorry I don't get it.

Quite a fun game and it followed the theme very nicely! though the controls, they felt a bit odd and needed some getting used to especially because I read instructions that made it sound much more harder

Cool game concept with clean graphics! I like the mechanic of adding a new black hole and the risk/reward aspect of it. It took me a while to realise how to play but after that it was quite fun. The space interpretation of the theme is also quite unique. Well done :)

Highest score I got was 280036.92! The instructions made this one sound confusing, but when actually playing it, the game's pretty simple and effective. I like the idea, but my biggest problem is that it doesn't feel like it ramps up over time enough; it felt like I could have gone on forever if I didn't get bored after a while. I also think there could've been more sound effects, and I kind of wonder if it's necessary to have the control scheme involve dragging the mouse when I feel like you could move just by moving the mouse without clicking. Just a thought.

I really wanted to like this game, as other people did, but I found it so visually overwhelming that it knocked out my fun. That's more on me than you - everyone else seems to like it.

Even after reading the instructions, I had some trouble understanding how to play, mostly because I wasn't sure about what everything looked like, but after losing once, I got it and the fun started. I managed to survive a full 3 minutes during my best try 😁

I think the difficulty is well balanced for a short but focused run, the bonus lives are neither too rare nor too frequent, and the bonus black hole add an healthy dose of risk and reward.

Your game could easily be expanded with more power-ups, like something that temporarily slows down time and invert the colors, or make several rythm based levels where the black holes appear in time with the music.

I would have like a Quick Restart button  rather than being sent back to the title screen when I lost, but besides that, I had a blast. Great work!

really fun game and the theme was incorporated very nicely! my only complain are the controls they felt a bit weird

Really fun game! The visuals and animations are incredible. The audio is good too. I really like how everything flows into the center.

I used the white dwarves to stack the black holes on top of each other so it is easier to protect them.

Here is my score:

I can think of only of 2 negative things about the game. The first one is that the controls are a bit wonky and maybe the ability to turn with the keyboard would have been nice. The second is that I don't think it really fits the theme "expand" except that it is about the big bang.

Cool Visuals!

creative use of the theme and those effects were awesome, especially when  i decided i needed to rotate turbo fast!
I never know how much fun playing as a black hole could be!

Fun and challenging game! The visuals are really nice and the music is boping.

I wish the fx and sfx in general when there are interactions.

Overall great game! Thank you for sharing

You interpreted the theme in an astonishingly creative way, and I have to say that you really did a nice job.

but I did have trouble trying to learn how to play.

Jeff Minter would be proud. He *might* request more llama's though.

This is quite literally an acid trip visualized.

Music sounds like those 16-bit space shooter bullethell games from the 80's, i like it!
