Really neat! Love the idea of scouting out the level for an exit before snatching the gold. The controls were a little bit wonky occasionally, but good job overall!

How does your game fit the theme?
Each level has an exploration stage where you try to find the end of the dungeon that has the treasure, once you reach it you begin the new challenge of escaping before the dungeon collapses
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
yes

I really had a lot of fun with this game! It has such a lovely and simple art style which really reminds me of old flash games I used to find on Newgrounds.
The core game loop of going into the dungeon and then leaving again is very simple but very effective and has lots of room for expansion in terms of traps and enemies. I did come across what I think was a bug where I could leave the level without collecting the treasure on the 3rd level, but I thought you might have kept that in as a feature just for the jam so you can skip levels. I could definitely imagine other later levels in the style of different ancient civilisations like egyptian pyramids or Inca tombs. I also think the boulder from Indiana Jones would make for a fun trap.
Really cool game!
The UI does not scale with the screen resolution. I could not play the game. I might try it later on 2k and FulLHD monitors and see if that helps. ATM I have 1366x768.
Very nice game, i like the Indiana jones vibe. i thought the gimmick of escaping was also good as your planning your escape while also planning how to get the treasure. the way you introduced the new mechanics instead of throwing them in every level also helped. I think that maybe if there was more planning for the escape it would be cool, (e.g.) I really liked on level 3 or 2 you had the pots at the start that needed to be pushed together for you to escape but since its at the start you don't realize that until you try to escape. also the jumping could be refined to make it more responsive but other than that great game.
I don't normally do this but i need like 3 more ratings so if you could also rate my game I would appreciate it:

This is a very stressful and fun game. I got through all levels, however it took a while. Your trap placements are pretty clever, some traps made me go "ahhhh you cheeky lil..." positively. It felt good getting through the levels. However, I found some issues that should be changed:
- On level 4 at least, I can just go to the finish without collecting the treasure at all.
- The hitbox system of the game needs work. The lava is as high as/higher than the normal tile, making the level with crumbling ceiling falling down as platforms for you to jump over very unfair (specifically, this part in the image). Walking slightly to the left instantly kills you. Also, you can get hit by the spikes if you land on the wall next to it, making it feel unbelievably tight and visually unfair.
- There is no coyote time, making the jumps feel unfair.
- I don't think there is any ground raycast, but rather a collision check with the player's hitbox for the jumps, making it very frustrating to jump sometimes. I personally am accustomed with pressing movement key before pressing jump, so it was specifically hard for me to jump off edges.
- You can become spiderman by ramming into a wall.
Other than that, the game provides very good content!
Pretty cool and fun game ! There are some little things to do here and there like adding a background music or the jump sound being way louder in Lvl3. There is also the fact that the player can stick to the walls, you can fix that with a physicsMaterial2D. Great submission overall !
Also, could you please rate my game ?
you run on top of them on the way to the right, push the pot into the hole and collect the treasure. After that you use the floating platform to the left to jump back to the platform next to the lava and back up to the exit.
I kinda messed up with the level design that on that level but there is an unlock button for the rest of the levels in the level select screen.
I think the concept is cool. It fits the theme nicely. I found myself wishing platforming was a little tighter? There were various quirks such as sketchy ground detection, and also wall sticking, as well as the jump that made the game feel clunky, otherwise, very neat game. Lots of content.
The concept is cool and I really like the pixel art. It's fun exploring these dangerous crypts with a goofy jump.
Fun little platformer. The gameplay of needing to get out before it collapsed gave some nice challenge and the art complimented the gameplay nicely. The spikes were a bit difficult to see against the walls as they were similar colors but all the different obstacles were great with things like the entrance path being blocked, spikes that come out, the rotating axe, etc.
