I love the clock that shows up when you rewind, great work!

Really fun!! The last level took me like 15 tries. As feedback, the animation could be slower for the player speed.

Developer

Yeah we should probably adjust the character mechanics. Thank you for your feedback!

I enjoyed the cute graphics! The hand drawn animated characters were adorable!

I kind of wished there were instructions/tutorial level or at least controls shown in the beginning of the game. But I eventually figured out myself, so it wasn't too bad.

Well done!

Like the idea and the hand painted assets, reminded me of the old flash games!

I think the levels increased in difficulty a little quickly, and often found the jump to not be quite high enough.

Great game mate

The game is cool i like it

but art style seem boring and plank

still good game

graphics are really nice, animations are neat too, audio is simple but "comfy". Movement is weird but once you get used to it then is nice as well. Character is too slow and double jumping is inconsistent. Shooting feels great too. Rewinding could be better if you could do more than once, but is just my opinion. It is a great game, really fun, puzzles are not the best thing in the world but are fun to solve and I liked them!

Nice job friend, be sure to check my game too and leave a rating!

The character is so cute I love him.  The mechanic is interesting also and I can see some cool potential with it. Unfortunately I am crap at video games and couldn't get passed the first level.  If you have time later some background music may be nice also.

Developer

Thank you for your feedback.

The levels are a bit hard actually but if you understand the rewind mechanic correctly you can pass the levels.

Your echo is showing you the place that you have been 4 seconds ago. If you "hold down" E it starts to rewinding. You can release the E whenever you want.

To be honest I suck at background music. So if the player listens the music too much he/she can be disturbed because of it I decided to put the music only in menu.

Submitted(+1)

Lol, I totally understand. I ended up just stealing background music for that same reason.

Quite hard but I beat it!

The game it's well made, maybe can be more polished, but the mechanics works, the levels are good, but you cannot lose a second, maybe more time space in between the obstacles should be better. The grafics are simple but cool, also nice tutorial!

Good Job!

I also got stuck in level 2... but I saw the answer. Nice game, has great potential.

Submitted(+2)

Very fun, finished the whole thing, nice puzzles and the rewind was very polished-looking compared to other games! Good job! :^)

Hope you had fun making this!! ^^

I’m gonna be honest, this game was HARD, not sure if it’s me being stupid or not, but I couldn’t figure out how the rewind mechanic worked so I got stuck on the second level

Game Design: 4/5 cool concept, poor execution?

Fun: 2/5 because I didn’t understand the game :l

Innovation: 4/5

Theme: 5/5

Graphics: 5/5

Audio: 3/5 would be nice with some more sound effects and music

Developer(+1)

Yeah some other people couldn't understand too. In the How To Play scene it says "Hold down E to rewind". You should press E until you arrive the positions that you want. Then release the E. Try again it's not that hard. Please give us a one more chance :D

I liked the puzzles and the use of the rewind. The scheme of the tutorial is really nice too. The only point is to polish the mechanic of the jump. Some times the double jump is necessary and it wasn't working.

Great job!

Developer(+1)

Yeah. We can't say we are good at the mechanic of the jump.

A fun little puzzle game! The character is cute and the level design is greatly done!! Great job!!

Developer(+2)

Thanks man.

I really like this game - the graphics are very stylised and I think it works well, there is a nice, balanced mix of puzzle and action, and the rewinding and ghost are executed really well! Nice job!

Developer(+1)

Thanks you too.

I liked the character graphics. The game was fun to play. I found the shooting a bit hard. Maybe checkpoints are needed. The sound was good and the levels were well designed. I liked how you named the file "thanks for tuning in at brackeys.exe" although it probably should have had the same name as your game!

I hope you continue developing your game.

Developer(+1)

Thanks. We will. We will not embarass you.

nicely implemented rewind and ghost mechanic. cute graphics. overall good game.

good job!

Developer(+1)

Thanks

This was a very fun game! I loved the hand-drawn style of the player and enemies; it would've been cool if the floor/walls/other stuff matched it. Would you mind rating my game?

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

Thanks for your nice comment. I have rated your game already!

And you are right about the floors. We should have done that.
