In what way does your game fit the theme?
The player has total control of the bomb's flow of time. With a press of a button, he can toggle a rewind function on it while being careful with the outcome.

Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
I wrote all of the code, but most of the assets are from other sources. (Properly credited on the game and the game's page)

Hail the King of the bombs. His credible power beholds the control over time. The core gameplay of your game is entertaining. The graphics, sound, and control are in beautiful harmony. You placed the right difficulty level for the game jam. The level could but been a bit less boxy. A harmonic fantastic good entry for the jam!

I had a lot of fun playing your game. It is well polished and the art really fits your game. It isa cool idea to rewind the bomb but having to move at the same time. Good Job!

I´ve submitted a local multiplayer game: https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-4/rate/722755. I would be happy to get your feedback on it. :-D

This is a really cool game, I love how this works so well. I found myself trying to dodge the bomb more than I was trying to dodge the enmies XD. Super fun and well put together. Nice Work!

Wow. This is the weirdest idea for a game I think I've ever seen but somehow... it kinda works? It's actually a really well developed arcade game. There are minor things that could make the game feel better (like maybe more control over where you hit the bomb, and some balancing with the enemies), but overall I'm blown away!

Really well put together. Love the execution and use of the theme. Definitely one of the best from the jam I've played.

AWESOME game man. 5's across the board. Music was epic and fun. Tutorial was cute and sweet and informative. Controls were super smooth and satisfying. Hitting that bomb was like YES. Rewind mechanic was sweet. Kinda hard to dodge the piggies but I aint mad. Collecting those gems was like YES. Sound FX like YES. UI was perfect & informative. Man oh man well done.

Would be nice to see this stretched out into a proper level based platformer!

Overall, very good game. Very fun, surprising, and the moments of killing enemies while rewinding make you feel like a genius, especially when it's intended. Incredible sound track as well! If you created levels for this game, and then unlocked an endless mode (which is your jam game), you could publish it on steam, and create a very good, and engaging game. I also wish there was more of a puzzle aspect to this game, because it feels mostly like just hitting the bomb in the general direction of the enemy, hoping that it hits them, and rewinding when the bomb has almost exploded. Maybe you could also add more bombs overtime to surprise the player. But for a 1 week long jam game, very, very impressive!

Nice job. It's a fun game and I like the feel of hitting the bomb and the animations. Cool mechanic.

Very fun little game! I liked it. The one remark I have is I am not too sure to understand about the hitbox of the enemies. I sometimes jump into them and don't get hit at all. Why can't the king also hits the bomb while rewinding? Haha :)

Best game I’ve ever played on this jam

The game was very simple, but yet really solid! Presentation was flawless and the use of the assets was really well done, making it look like a complete package, not just a bunch of stuff you thought looked cool trew together, as we oftem happen to see on many entries. The gameplay felt really intuitive, as the moment you first hit the bomb and make it go back in time is pretty much all it takes to learn what you have to do in the game, leaving the rest of the game as a time for experimentation trying to master those mechanics.

Good job! :D

Very fun! I love that the game rewards strategy and controlled usage of your ability because your only form of attack can damage you too

Probably the closest I've seen to a flawless entry. Your main method of attack also being your doom is a very interesting concept and I could very easily see this being fleshed out into a full game. Top marks!
