Rewind Race is a game in which you must complete the level before time has run out, but after completing the level, you must race a "rewind" version of your completion, AND WIN!

You change direction on yellow walls, so the hint is to look for yellow on the way back.

Wonderful game! Unique mechanic of having to beat your ghost in a reverse race. Levels are well thought out. Some jumps can be a little hard, but it was overall a great experience.
Nice aesthetic and sounds! I was imagining someone yelling REWIND RACE in their room lol. Kind of similar to what I did with a "ghost player" replay type mechanic. My little piece of constructive criticism is that the jumps can be difficult to pull off, it would be nicer if they were a little more forgiving.
I liked the concept, it's very original and fun to play with. I didn't liked the thing about having time to complete the race even for the first time, I guess it's because you can't record the positions of the player forever but anyway it is a fun game. The design is really cool, stylish and the audio can be a little bit repetitive but it is also really good! You did a nice job but I got stuck at the (I think) last level.(It's the third screenshot's level).

Nice implementation of the rewind mechanic. I loved the audio. Combined with the visuals really added that arcade feel towards it. Also good level progression.

I use Unity and have been teaching myself game dev for about 2 years now.
This one was genuinely fun haha. I could totally see it being a Mario Part mini game or something like that! My one issue though is that sometimes the mountains look like spikes on a platform, which made me avoid them at first. It took some mental gymnastics to overlook that design language while playing the first level or two.
Woah! By FAR the most creative and interesting take on Rewind I've seen yet! Only critique I have is that the movement felt a little janky, but other than that, everything was super well implemented! Super fun game!
This game was super cool! Racing against yourself backwards is a super unique idea that 100% fits the theme. I think my main complaints are the slow speed of the character and the level difficulty. Almost every level except the last one is only solved by "red stuff first, green stuff second", so if you do continue working on this in the future it would be cool to see more puzzle-y/reaction-y levels like that last one. But I understand it was only a week, and honestly I am super impressed with the level of polish you got in that short of a time! Great job!
The game overall presentation is pretty good, nice graphics and sound. I wish that the character moved faster, the green coins kind of solve the issue, but I still wish that the default speed was faster. Good game, really fun!
