wow nice, simple, and effektive idea! really well executed too! the different elements fit so well together. you want to make a clean, precise path for the clones to make them less of an obstacle but time limit works against that. super cool!

Very cool idea and execution, it was a lot of fun

Awesome game! Super polished! I love the idea of myself being the obstacle in the level. One thing though is that I forgot I had a dash and didn't find out I could double jump until a little bit into the game. Introducing those slowly through levels would help a lot!

Everything felt spot on, couldn't complain more if I had to.  Love the artstyle and implementation of the idea.

The idea is great! Love it

But there were a few things that kept bugging me.
- The controls weren't that precise for a platformer (especially in that level were you got 2 keycards out of a tube)
- no indication on when your dash would refill

But aside from that, good job!

Excellent, well done!

You're my first full 5 star rating! A really good mix of platformer with puzzling elements (which usually dont go well together; but i felt you had the mix right with it mostly being a challenging platformer with just a hint of puzzle in terms of figuring out what path to take to get the first keys so you wont interrupt yourself on the later runs).

Was quite challenging; I'll admit that I have a low frustration threshold so I eventually got a bit frustrated with not being able to do one of the levels and gave up, but I'm not holding that against the game since its the style of game. I think maybe one more easy level at the start would have been appreciated, i think i had to do the 2nd level like 10 times to get it hahaha (maybe that's just my incompetence), but then the following levels weren't quite as hard I felt.

Things I liked:

>Great idea for a game

>The mechanics of the game were simple but utilised well

>Art style worked well for the game I thought

>Audio was great; I was bopping along to the music from the start

>Fit the theme very nicely with a unique and innovative game loop

Things to improve:

>A restart button would be nice (sometimes I knew I had immediately stuffed a run up, but I had to wait for the time to run out to restart, when I just wanted to get back to playing straight away)

>A bar to show the dash filling up again would be nice, so I knew when I would be able to dash again; I found it a little frustrating when I would push the dash button JUST before it was ready again, and hence stuff up my run.

>Maybe make the 2nd level easier? I found the 3rd and 4th easier than it because there was less chance to run into yourself; but maybe I just did the 2nd level poorly.

Well done! I hope I find more games like this in the jam!

This is one of the best concepts in the jam, well done! Almost looks like a finished/polished game. Can do incredibly well on ios and android app stores. Great job over all!

I really liked how this game was very different to other games! This is really cool!

One thing I really appreciated about this game is that its difficulty is not given by the level itself but by the style of play of the player. A very nice mechanic. Good job!

Really cool game! I really liked the way you have to think in advance for evading your past selves. The aesthetic and sounds really complemented the game. Nice job!

This game is probably the best one I have played in this Jam so far. The mechanics are brilliant and I actually had a lot of fun playing. Awesome work! :D

I'd appreciate if you could also rate my game!

Really cool mechanic, but I'd add a restart button when you get stuck somewhere when you miss a jump. Nice game overall, though. Cool music and graphics.

Really good game. The controls and movements were mostly smooth and enjoyable (exept the fact that the character tended to stick to walls), and the graphics and audio were great.

Definetly one of the best game I've played in this jam, well done :)

Here are all of my thoughts:

What I liked:

- The controls (except for one aspect, which we'll get to) are incredibly tight, polished, and satisfying.

- The art and audio are all pretty awesome -- nothing much to say there.

- Avoiding all the older versions of myself was an incredible rush, and some of the most tense, exciting platforming I've done in this whole jam.

- The dash is a super satisfying and cool mechanic, even if I didn't find myself using it all that much.

What I think could be improved:

- Does this game teach that there's a double jump? Because I didn't realize that until several levels in.

- The wall-jumping mechanic. The way it causes friction with the wall really messed with some of my jumps (mainly where I was trying to get over a wall, but just ended up sticking to it), and often got me killed in a way that felt unfair. The wall jump itself feels very underpowered, so I almost never (intentionally) used it. I can't understate this part, because it really hurt the flow of the rest of the game for me.

- The difficulty progression is a little iffy. Certain levels would be much easier than the ones that came before it, which I found a little odd.

- A restart button would have been helpful.

I know this may sound like kind of a negative review, but I really did enjoy the game! It was a ton of fun overall. It just has a few issues that, for me, kept it from feeling truly like the awesome platformer that it's so close to being.

Thank you so much for the feedback! It is always appreciated, and we'll look into those small improvements.
I am glad you enjoyed the game!

I love how this game makes you stop and think about your movement, while at the same time pressuring you with the timer. It makes for a good but stressful experience and left me very satisfied when I completed a level.

The upwards dash was a nice breath of fresh air from most 2D platformers, and I found myself using it a lot to get out of my own way.

The only thing I found myself wanting was a "restart" button in the pause menu when I knew I had messed up :)

Great job from the entire team

I really like your use of the theme, and it was fun trying to remember how I moved before so I could avoid myself. Overall nice art and sound, good levels, and the movement felt really good. Sometime I would wall jump when I didn't mean to but that's not a big deal. Great job!
