Great game! The art style is gorgeous. I haven't found a possibility to restart a level, once a failed it (I opened the bridge in the last level and can't move back), have I overlooked it? But I can't wait for more levels to come!

I loved it !! Graphics, audio, concept of the game...I loved everything ! take my stars and, I hope, win this jam !
This is amazing, and the art-style is so cool! Love the way the movement controls work. But If i would not have know it was for a "rewind" theme i would never have knows i had to press the R button, i was stuck and just give it a go. Reminding the player in game in the first level(s) of this would be a must. And like other say i would have loved more levels! really cool game and the look still so simple but yet so amazing! very well done! I try my best to give feedback that might help but the only thing is the "R" button really, other then that its great!

I liked how the audio matched the game, and I think when you switched colors to solve different sections of the level, it was a very nice touch to the game. Nice job!
Really nicely polished game, each puzzle feels well thought out and really works with the art and sound. It leaves me wanting to see more.
This is a really neat little puzzle game! Reminds me of this old flash game on Miniclip where you had to move a rectangle around a map in a very similar way. The rewind mechanic works very nicely and the whole game looks and feels very polished. Well done on the submission! I hope you keep working on it after the jam!
I think the idea is nice.. I couldn't understand it at beginning. I think the rewind them works well. I also like the music and sound effects.
On this level the rewind didn't open the bridge and I was in the middle of nowhere..
If you wanna rate my game is https://misterm.itch.io/mixtape-match , Thanks
I love how ambient and calm the music is. It fits perfectly with the dark blue void and the bright neon visuals that the game has. The visuals are also very pleasing to look at with just the right amount of smooth lighting and sharp bright lines which makes everything look clean.
I also like how in the first two levels of the game, you let the player themselves figure out the mechanic of changing color to press the button, and to move back in time in order to allow color change. No form of hand-holding used.
The movement controls are kind of awkward to use with forward facing controls controlling a diagonally moving player. I feel like the controls would work better if the player could click on the square space they want to move to, and the cube would automatically move to that spot if it's reachable; similar to the controls of Monument Valley. If this style of movement could be implemented, this could potentially work well as a mobile game.
Since the cube has a limited amount of moves that it can rewind, perhaps you could utilize the cube's glowing trail to show the amount of spaces the player can rewind with. I feel like this kind of feature would be useful since it's hard to keep track of where my previous movement was.
There is a bug where I ended up getting stuck in the third level behind the magenta bridge. There was no way to bring the bridge back down, the game wouldn't allow me to rewind to the moment where the bridge was lifted up, and there was no way to restart the level:
Thanks for the deep technical feedback ;) We appreciate them. For the Movement yes, it could be implemented in a better way but there was no time to go back and change it ahahah Thanks also for the suggestions for the future work ;) For the third level, since we haven't implemented the "Restart" feature, we putted another magenta marker after the bridge so that you can still finish the game even if you don't rewind before to lift up the bridge. Thanks again! I'm going to rate your game right now ;)
Hey man, that's a really good feedback :) thanks a lot.
We are definitely thinking to bring it to mobile platforms and therefore redesign it with a different, more intuitive, input system.
On the last level, I get your point. However, to pass the level you might cross the new marker (even though you already have that color) and then rewind to clear the cube from that color. We tried to think a mechanic that does not always require you to rewind to the 'specific' marker you took the color from, but I guess we have to think a better way to present it to the player ;)
Again, thanks a lot ;)
Loved your game! Intuitive mechanics (with the given additional hint about rewinding), great graphics and everything worked perfectly for me
The only downside was of course the number of levels so far ^^
Following both of you to find out when you make more levels :D
Nice game, you have created a real mood, it's a calm game where we like to solve puzzle. The rewind mechanic is pleasant to use ! However like other people I had a bug with the purple bridge.
Good job !
Definitely cool! Though the controls seem a bit confusing in the isometric view..
I had to glitch my way to win the second puzzle, since I couldn't reset the level.
Keep working on it, adding features!
