In what way does your game fit the theme?
Time to Recolor fits the theme of REWIND because one of the major mechanics for solving puzzles in the game is to rewind time, allowing them to travel back to prior locations with new color abilities to pass obstacles. Rewinding is required for every section to acquire the right colors in the right areas. The game is formatted so the player consistently has to backtrack to prior locations - essentially rewinding their progression.
Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes, I wrote all the code for this project entirely by myself. All the visual elements were designed by me over the past week, as well as the animations and all other effects. The music and sounds for the game came from OpenGameArt.org and are properly credited within the project.

A nice idea, reminds me of a calm version of fury of furries (if anybody actually remembers that game!)
Really fun and creative game. Combining recolor and rewind mechanics has made some great puzzles. I loved the platforming too, it was pretty smooth but I had some small issues:
-As others mentioned the character is too slow, I was holding shift all the time. I don't know if it's intended or not but almost for all jumps I had to sprint because otherwise I just couldn't jump far enough.
-Some platforms were too close to the ceiling (for example the ones near the first red color change)
-The vertical platforms caused some jittering which can be easily fixed if you make the player become a child of that platform once they come in contact. (sorry if you already knew it but it was a problem I had too so I thought it could be helpful to you)
Great job overall!
Looks pretty cool and gives me chills. Music fits perfect. But i don't know what to do about the first wall which i am supposed to break. I don't know how
The game looks amazing and is fun to play, but the movement feels a bit slow, even while sprinting. But with the calm music this helps to make the game very relaxed. The rewinding looks and feels great and I like the trail that is left behind.
Thank you for the feedback! I agree about the movement, I'll definitely be tweaking that in the future. I'm glad you enjoyed playing!
nice game
Great job! The neon scheme on black background is beautiful. The player's movement is a little slow, but I understand this is a chill game, so that makes sense. It did take me quite a while to figure out the first key, but it's a puzzle game so thinking is part of it. One thing I noticed is that you can jump further by sprinting then jump. Perhaps that could be an addition to the tutorial area?
Wow, what a well polished game! I enjoyed that the rewind ability wasn't some odd mechanic added in or you had to fight against. Instead, it added to the experience of not having to go back through a section or seeing yourself go back to the beginning was satisfying. My one complaint is how slow the character moves left and right. Excellent first game for a game jam!
Fun game, i love the graphics and the sound design plus the meteoroid-vainia ish aspects really gave me a sense of progression. im impresed with the amount you got done during the jam ( :
I'm writing my thoughts while I play.
Thanks for playing! The movement is meant to be slower paced to enjoy the puzzle aspects of the game more and encourage the player to take their time. I can see how it would be annoying though, and in the future I'll be tweaking the movement like others have recommended. I decided to make the game into something that would stand on its own and be more than just a "jam game", so the game admittedly does take more time to complete. I really appreciate the feedback!
