Neat game, I feel the controls are very floaty. I found some bugs, if you walk back towards the disappearing floor and appearing spikes you eventually get to a point where the disappearing floor/appearing spikes do their animation again and when playing again after beating the game the first level is labeled as level 4. Luckily none of these bugs are gamebreaking, just little bugs, so good job on having a really polished game.

The levels are fun, and the trolls are very easy to learn, I just wish there were more levels in the game because it feels very short. I hope you plan on expanding the game after the jam is over, because I'd love to be able to play more levels of this.

Really cool game! its really well made

the classic idea of platformers that troll you lmao

id love it if the game was longer tho its really short...

but other than that its really cool!

It's very short game, but very interesting concept. Good job!

Good one with polished movement. I hope there would be more levels but good job. Congrats.

Already rated your game!

It’s a pretty short game, but the concept is really cool—reminds me of Shobon no Action! I had a great time playing, and you really got me at level 4, lol. If there were more levels, I’d definitely spend more time on it. Overall, great game!

P.S. This is my clone account since my main account (used to submit the game) is restricted from commenting. You guys can check out my game here, thanks😊: https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-13/rate/3349422

Fun short game, could have added more levels but since it's your first game jam entry congrats on successfully finishing your game. Pat yourself on the back for this and keep up the good work....

Please play and rate my game as well, thanks

The reference was the Level Devil game, I was inspired by it as well. Congratulations on your first game.

Music fits really well with the speed of the character and I liked the surprises. Definitely wanted more levels...

Kudos on getting this built though.

A bit too short, because I was just getting to warm up.

I really like your idea!

At first glance, it seems like a prank, but you cleverly use what the player learns in one level to break their expectations in the next. For example, the first level has no obstacles, but in the second level, pitfalls suddenly appear. Each level introduces new threats in unexpected ways, making for a rich and engaging experience.

Short game but I like the idea and challenging good luck

Very cool. I like the Idea of tricking the player and hide the obstacles. I can imagine how more levels would build on that Idea further. So big props for making your first game. I hope you learned a lot and enjoyed it :)

cool idea for a game! I really wish it was longer!!

short and sweet. really liked what you did. I proposed this same idea of unfair platformer for this jam to my team at the beginning but didn't end up going with it (can check out my game to see what we did end up with). for your first jam runs well with no issues. would have loved to see more levels!
