Ranked from 58 ratings. Score is adjusted from raw score by the median number of ratings per game in the jam.

How does the game fit the theme?
You are a clone. You are expendable. If you die, another will take your place. Nothing can go wrong because there are infinite 'you's to continue. A game about clones and using them to solve puzzles.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
We used More Mountain’s Top Down Engine as a base for our game, particularly relying on their top down character controller and Cinemachine Camera controllers. We used free sfx and a free music soundtrack. All visual art assets were made from scratch.

How many people worked on the game?

played and rated! Really enjoyed it, especially the art and audio! Puzzles were satifying, there were maybe a few bugs with positioning the bodies infront of lazers but otherwise a great effort :)

Developer

Thanks for the rating! I'm glad the puzzles felt good to you, we definitely have  a few more bugs to iron out in the next iteration of this one!

This is a really fun game. I enjoyed the simple controls, but also liked how the puzzles got increasingly more challenging. I also like the use of how to solve the puzzles in each room. It kind of reminds me of multi Paul from Invincible. Great job.

Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it! Yeah I think there's room to build out even more puzzles so I'm happy to hear our current approach is working out.

It really is. I hope you do develop it further. I enjoyed it a lot.

The concept and the art of this game are pretty cool.

Developer

Thanks for playing!! Glad you liked it!

Cool concept! Reminds me of the upcoming movie Mickey 17. Did you all get inspiration from it? Otherwise, that movie would be a good ad for your game ;)

Developer

We did!! Excited to see it when it comes out 👀
Thank you for checking out our game, glad to hear you liked the concept!

This is a really fun idea, though there are some bugs preventing me from really playing

Developer

Oop sorry about that! Yeah there are still some bugs we'd love to fix if we get the chance to polish it up some more. But thanks so much for checking our game out!

Really awesome fresh idea. Loved playing the game, the art is also great.

Please rate and play my game as well, thanks!

Developer

Thanks for playing! I checked out your game as well, very nostalgic action game!

I really love the main mechanic of using your clones! But sadly I got stuck on level 2 because the spikes kept killing me, even when I had a bridge clone. Visually, it’s simple but clean. Great job!

Developer

Oh no! Sorry about that, we've definitely still got some bugs but hope to work those out if we end up taking this game further! Thank you so much for playing!

You did a very good job! I love puzzles, especially if they are made with high quality. I liked that you balanced everything perfectly.

Thank you for playing!

Super unique idea, I would definitely keep working on this and turn it into a full game!

Developer

Thank you for playing! We def want to try to work on this project more :)

I like the game idea but the timing kind of felt short and frustrating!

Developer

Thanks for playing!

Great submission! Hitboxes were a little finicky, but overall really enjoyed this unique puzzler!
Great joB!

Developer

Thank you for playing!

I LOVED THIS GAME PREMISE!! The time for the corpse to disappear felt a tad to fast ngl but this game has to be one of my favourites I've tried so far. It's such a cool spin on the theme and in general it's really fun. Well done!

Developer

Thank you so much for playing and for your kind words. The death time was something we are still playing with and want to try to get right if we keep going with this project.

Nice idea with infinite clones, and nice that you limited dead bodies to a few, cause at first I thought it would be to easy, if you can leave as many bodies as you want.

Developer(+1)

Yeah we initially were going to have infinite clones but limited the number made the puzzles way more interesting. Thank you for playing!

Very cool mechanic

Cute idea and pretty art.
The puzzles are nice, I hope you'll have some time to polish them since some minor bugs can be a big pain in puzzles.

Developer

Thanks for playing! Yeah there were a few bugs in there we weren't able to smooth out 😅 if we have time, we'd love to polish this game!
