How does your game fit the theme?
Quite fit.
You play as a person with multiple persona.Keep your current persona from too high or too low or you will drown in the "Persona Storm", which lead to something bad. During the game, choices in events can affect your persona. So, choose wisely.

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
yes indeed

Very fun and cool, good job!

Pretty unique story game. Managing five personas at once isn't something I'd expect to see in a game jam like this! UI could use some work though.

Damn, never expected my game to end like this!! I was just thinking after a point in time that the game is starting to get repetitive and then the storm struck me.. kudos for you to pull this off! I feel its difficult to make this possible, and I feel yours was a great attempt at it. The music had a very good loop and it didn't feel repetitive at any point in time.

I noticed some issues tho:
- At one time I got the options before the situation
- Scrolling speed was slow
- Couldn't wrap my head around the fact that nobody was fatally injured, but I'm still called the killer, is there a deeper meaning to it that I'm missing?

Overall a solid entry!

Developer

sry!!! Translation mistake! It should be "suspect" instead of "killer".

Very interesting! Good work :)

Fun game, it reminded me a lot of the phone game Reigns.

Developer

Yeah , the original idea is based on Regins. I thought no one would remind this.

Interesting idea and awesome atmosphere. Unfortunately I found some game breaking bug where I couldn't click on anything . Anyway I enjoyed it quite a lot. Especially the music was super awesome. Great job.

Developer (1 edit)

Can you describe the circumstance when you found the bug, it may help me to fix it. Thx

It happened in the shop. It might be because of my ultrawide monitor. I think there were some buttons I couldn’t see.

Pretty cool game, just wished that I could scroll the lists faster.

Hope that you'll also rate mine :) https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-12/rate/2973690

I like the concept a lot! Finding the balance between different personas is hard, in the end Edith took over for me. It's also an interesting take on the theme. The character designs are nice. the music is fitting if a bit repetitive. I would have liked more different types of actions instead of the same ones looping day by day. It's weird how the entire game is controlled by the mouse, but I have to use keyboard to advance text.

Thx for commenting. Unfortunately there’s no time for us to add more events. More events will be added in the coming version.

i can not play your game on my Mac, but rated it based on your screenshots and other people's comments :)

Very Cool!

Honestly a really interesting idea and concept with you trying to roleplay multiple people. Good job

Hee-ho. Interesting idea. Smart game. Good job

Pretty fun game. Was tricky trying to keep the balance between all the personas.

One tiny feedback would be to add some sort of soundtrack though. it would create an amazing atmosphere for a game like this

Had a great time!

this was a pretty interesting game, I liked the idea you got goin on! nice game :D

very cool to see a game that addresses this kind of subject. I was a little disappointed by the ending, I didn't understand the influence that my actions had on the game :/ Apart from that the beginning tutorial is very cool (there are a few typos but nothing serious). Bravo for this entry!

HAHA,Our English really needs some improvement, sry for that.Due to the lack of technology, the flow of the game and the ending  is a little different from our original idea, which is a shame. Thanks a lot for your reply! :)

wow, really good game! i liked it a lot. i felt it was a bit too easy, but then if it was a bit harder i think it would be too frustrating. very well done!

tho sound effects would make the game much better

Developer

Well!Sound is really too important, we are so regret not thinking about it,It is a pity that the text content is uneven and different in style due to the participation of three people.thank you so much  for your advice!

Game has an interest concept, havent seen something done like this before. Art style is nice as well as the loop (although it does get repetitive after a couple times since theres nothing new thrown into the game loop apart from the ending sequence). Main thing that would add a lot to the game if you continue it post jam would be adding in sound including a background track to the game.

Developer

Thank you so much for your assistance. We are also now aware of the importance of audio and background music, and will soon add audio versions! :)

cool idea, i wish it had sound

I found the concept interesting! I also liked the art!

I did feel as if some sort of endgoal was lacking, and some sound maybe, but it was nice nonetheless.

Good job!

Developer

I know that feeling! We also considered about the endgoal, but did not get anyresult, thank you for your opinion!
