How does your game fit the theme?
You play a Ronin who needs to take fast decision according to what's behind the door
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Everything except the music

I love the art style and music. The combat portions feel difficult to me. I really like the game.
I like the idea of the game and the main menu style is really good. I like the background music and the level transitions. I like the combat art it's really cool and I like how you can open or slash a door very cool. It would also be cool if you can rate my game too.

Vey well put together! The combat was a little hard for me, but all the same the mechanics were interesting.
I loved the all the art of the game was very beautiful. The theme was great also. I would lower the sound of the music a bit during gameplay but maybe that makes it harder too. Had a little trouble with the dodge I think sometimes the character stays away too much time I think. But the idea and the game is very good!.
Feel free to try and rate our game!
Very cool idea! Wasn't completely getting the controls, but solid concept
The UI and Art is phenomenal! I like it! I also like the concept of random encounters behind the door! Great job!
The art and audio both complement the game very well, I especially liked the design of the main menu. Putting surprises behind doors felt like a good way to tie in the theme and added a lot of intrigue to each playthrough.
Every time I died I wanted to play again, which tells me your team is onto something good. Nice work!
The art is amazing, perfectly captures the ronin style! While it took a bit to get the hang of it, the rhythm combat has a nice ebb and flow to it
feels clunky and unresponsive, I may b the problem idk. looks clean tho :)
Pretty game and nice music. I liked the concept but had difficult controlling and playing the game.
Quite nice concept, the way you controll is somewhat confusing and the game needs more feedback of what happens, love the graphics and how clean UI is
the idea seemed pretty nice but the gameplay was a bit confusing since the timing of the hits is a bit abstracted and there is no leading rhythm like or bpm like you would expect in a normal rhythm game. loved the art and the sound though. pretty cool concept and game.
Fighting part is confusing.
I really like the art style for this game. It was a bit hard to figure out what was going on at first but then when i got it it was almost to easy. Then got real hard after i had defeated a couple and the skill change was almost to much all of the sudden. Great job on this one though way original compared to alot out there this game jam
The art was very nice! Loved the whole desing. I feel like a better tutorial would be really helpful. I think I kind of grasped how it was supposed to be played in the end, but I ended up dying a lot anyway, so I am not really sure. The idea is awesome though.
On a side note, I tried changing the volume and the slider didn’t seem to have any effect. Also, the resolution selector had a lot of repeated options.
Very cool art!
I love the visual and the art direction.
It was a bit confusing, it's explained in the " how to play " but it would have been easier in the game ( but I know it take more time ) I think with a couple extra days of polished about the tutorial / onboarding, it would be much better :) Well done !
It was a tense game to play. It was hard to win because of the strict judging.
Really nice graphics but its kinda hard to get the timing right. Over all pretty interesting mechanic
