It was very solid game. Biggest problem was it was way too easy. Firts time i collected 15 coins bourght a gun and killed everything i see in couple ms. I beat game with something like 30-40 hp. I wanted to challenge my self and play without weapons(also ofcourse avoiding coins) and i was able to do tat with over 15hp. So yeah mayube little less hp would make this game actually funnier but i understand if you wanted make game easy for everyone
I enjoyed a lot this game!
Jumping, slashing and shooting was very fun, and the art was very good as well. However, I'm not sure how to approach the knife dudes when I have a knife?
It seems to just be a coin toss; they randomly swing their knifes, their knife is the same size as mine and the knife also hits above their head. There's no safe way for me to attack them with the knife, and due to them swinging it randomly I endup randomly getting hit against them as well.
That aside, the rest of the game is pretty good, well-designed and more importantly, fun! I like it.
You're right, when it comes to those guys the game just kind of turns into button mashing and luck. Glad you enjoyed the rest of the game though, and thanks for the feedback of course!
really cool game! I'm a big fan and would love to see this expanded upon. I honestly can't find something to criticise: I liked the art, the music, the gameplay it was all awesome. Maybe you could try giving the player less lives to make it harder.
Thanks for the kind words! Yeah I guess I could try decreasing the player's hp, the game is pretty easy with 50.
The art style is so simplistic, with a very simple plot! Good game!
(P.S you don't have to apologize in the tutorial boxes, it's very immersion breaking)
Neat game, i like the take on the theme. The jump felt a bit weak but it didnt stop me from playing all the way to the end and having fun :)
i like the art the gun and knife is animated awesome
I managed to get overly greedy and go through the whole game without spending any money and managing to kill every enemy, I even took out the gun guys at the end, I survived on 1 health!
That's impressive! I gave the player 50 hp because I thought they would struggle with gun guys a lot lol
Really liked it. Nice visuals and pretty good music (of course without the audio bug). The gameplay was fun as well. The only things I didn't like were the really quiet sound effects (if that wasn't part of the audio bug) and how enemy encounters were mostly button mashing, even though the button mashing somehow was fun as well. Good job!
Glad to see someone liked the music. I admit the combat is pretty dull too, and yeah the sound effects also got messed up for some reason. Anyway, thanks for the feedback!

The graphics are cute and charming and I think the concept is very interesting. The level design could use some work and the music pops in my headphones. Though these could just be my headphones. Good game!
Hey, just in case, the music pops for me too, don't know why this happens but when I realized it was already late. Also really appreciate your feedback and your honesty! Will definitely work on my level design in the future.
