How does your game represent Mode?
This is a "Billiard Mode" of the classic minigolf genre.
You can also toggle between two "Modes" of shooting.
We've had a lot of feedback about the theme not being very present, so I want to explain it a bit more here.
During our brainstorming, we agreed that taking a famous video game or sport and making a new game mode for it that changes its rules and how it plays would be a pretty funny way to interpret the theme.
We first thought about existing game genres like Vampire Survivor but weren't very inspired by it and then thought about golf. We had a few ideas and prototyped them, and the one that felt like it could turn into a fun game was this one.
Minigolf, Dictator Mode: Instead of pushing your own ball toward the hole, you have to propel your liege's ball like you're playing a game of pool, to help him score a Hole-In-One and avoid his wrath.

This was super fun. Great graphics, and I'm a sucker for golf games. Completing a level felt super satisfying, and not too punishing. I agree with some of the other commenters that the "mode" theme was a bit lacking, but regardless it's a really well made game. I think it's very expandable, too. More surfaces, types of shots, courses, etc..
They should make me His Majesty after those last few levels.
Really nice little game. My gameplay critique relates to the ramps, as I felt like going over a ramp made timing much, much more precise with the bar, disproportionately to any other obstacle in the game.
I would have also liked another music track or two for different levels - the one in the game is well done, but gets a little bit grating - a cleaner loop would have been nice there too.

I love this! The navigation and accuracy is on point. Also, the keys are really simple and you'll get the hang of it n just a few plays so you can focus on the goal right away
The artwork alone was enough to entice me to want to get through every level! The gameplay itself was really fun and unique. A few of the environmental hazards were a little unclear in terms of what effect they would have on the ball - same with the presence/absence of walls in some areas. Despite that, I really enjoyed this game.
I hate golf but this really takes it to the next level with an incredible amount of polish

Love the spin on the classic minigolf games. The art is great, the game works perfectly, the setting is hilarious and the levels are fun! Great job everyone. Like someone else said, I guess the biggest weakness of the game is not representing the theme as strongly as other games might do it, but I'm betting you'll be killing it in all the other categories. Amazing work everyone!

This is my favorite game i've seen so far. the polish is really good, and the core mechanics and premise is just a lot of fun. I honestly have very few criticisms with this game. Well done.

The graphical fidelity is peak, great job! Gameplay is fun too and pretty solid. One complaint i had was that the game did not fit the theme well. Solid game!
I love and enjoyed this game so much! However I don't really see the connection of this game to the theme "mode" at all. Since the shot types are just general golf shots. But I really love the mix of golf and billiard in this game, and I would love to play more of it. The level design, art, and music is really great too. Good job!

Amazing visuals and great gameplay physics! It is an interesting concept to play against a short-tempered king and it's quite fun!
