Much appreciated - thanks for playing!

I think there's an interesting game here, but I found it hard to determine if I was getting close to a puzzle solution (or even what the goal of each level was?). I think a little bit of text explanation for new elements would have gone a long way. I initially thought I had to get all pigs in the pen, but I won a level or two by just shooting a single pig through the pen. Not sure if that was a bug or an intended solution but it left me a little confused as to what I was doing besides randomly shooting the pigs toward the goal and hoping something would work out.

The pigs and physics were very cute, regardless!

I really liked the concept of this but felt like it was a little too punishing. I had a hard time wrapping my head around the controls to the level of mastery needed to achieve some of the puzzles/combat sequences. I think if death was a little more forgiving, it would ease some of the platforming expertise needed to progress. Either way, I thought this was a nice implementation of the theme and think it has some cool potential!

The lack of SFX were made up for by the unhinged things the veggies (or fruit) would say. Fun game!

LOL, the (canonically adult) skaters originally had beanie hats that we had to disable. Thanks for playing :)

The Rick transformations? The funky beats? The "cool guy who walks away from explosions" energy? This game has everything!

Who would've guessed it's very cathartic to mercilessly beat geese to death with a stick? I really enjoyed the art!

That's really nice of you to say - thanks so much for playing!

Really nice atmosphere, the snowy weather suited the vibe perfectly. I ended up wishing the controls were  a little less slick so I could get into more of a groove and cruise around the city. Nice job either way!

A very interesting take on the theme! I enjoyed barreling into the bowling pin penguins

If "style points" were a game :)

I wanted to keep playing just to see what my next mid-air aiming pose was going to be

Such a cool, vibey game! I loved opening the capsules and enjoyed the variety of games associated with them. The city environment has such a cool feeling to it - you really captured the aesthetic so wonderfully!

Wow, this game is oozing with character and charm! I really liked how the band mates had their own special abilities and how the game gradually got more complex over time. I was definitely feeling the pressure as things went on!

Super stylish and really good fun! As I played a few rounds, I definitely got a hang of the controls and was able to do some more slick tricks. I found myself instinctively wanting to hit space to jump when I was about to run into something, only to have it plummet me toward the ground and right into the enemy :'D

Really nice, loved the animations!

I really liked the presentation of this game as well as the interesting take on the theme. I struggled to understand how exactly to play and progress, specifically at the part where there was 5 footsteps in a circle with one person stepping in and out.

I appreciated the hop-right-in gameplay, but could have used a bit more handholding, at least early on. A cool idea though!

AMAZING music and very nice smooth gameplay. It felt like a little bit of a lower pressure Celeste because of the pausing, which I appreciated. The metroidvania moments were very cool as well. Nice job~!

thank you for the very sweet comment!  We really wanted to hone in on an inherently fun mechanic and milk it for all it was worth - so I’m glad you enjoyed it!

Awesome video - thanks so much for playing! Glad you enjoyed it

thanks Jon! I was channeling your capsule art when making our itch thumbnail :)

Very kind of you to say - thanks so much for playing!

Exactly right! Thanks for the assist :)

don’t worry, they’re used to it. Thanks for playing!

Dayton was pulling double-duty and still killed it with music and SFX - what a talent! Thanks for the nice feedback!

Such a nice compact little arcade game! The sprites are so full of life, it made the game a real joy to play. I could see some cool additions to this game with various modifiers to scale up your strength or enemy strengths in interesting ways. Really enjoyed it!

Beautiful fire sprite/animation! The atmosphere of the world is very cool, but could have used a little variation just to keep things interesting. I enjoyed the vibes while I was playing. Great choice of name, too! :)

thanks for the comment! You’re right, completing quests and finding power gems in crates increases your power. The oars quest was just quite tricky as it requires a guy to stay in the boat instead of just touching it.  Glad you enjoyed playing!

Thanks for thoughtful feedback - we would have totally liked to fine tune the elements you pointed out but of course time got away from us. Thanks for playing!

Such a funny little game with lots of great weirdness injected all throughout. I especially liked the multimedia visuals including the ending 3d cards. The pixel art is really nice to look at too! Overall a super cool little game that doesn't overstay its welcome - nice job!

Very high praise!

We passed your feedback along to our awesome composer - glad you enjoyed the game!

Beautiful artwork! I enjoyed getting bigger and eventually just ignoring the large guns pointed at my face in lieu of eating more creatures

Seeing your smiling faces on the jumbotron helped soothe me when I struck out all game. Now I have a weird hankering to watch some Family Guy. Funny game
