ty so much, the artist will be very happy to hear that! I’m glad you liked it :)

Neat idea!! Nice twist on the "let's remove your controls", much more fun than just assigning random inputs :)

Such a cool idea and clean execution, great game!

Such a good idea, the art and colours are great and the mechanic is super tense and fun :) Great job!

Nice idea! I would have loved a mechanic to help you when a path is closing in on you. Seeing a clear path slowly closing and having to turn around to find another one was quite frustrating xD

Great concept and execution, and so many puzzles too! I just wished there was a turbo button, waiting for the robot is too tiresome. But apart from that great job :)

(1 edit)

Ok, that was amazing. I laughed out loud so many times. You captured the out of control part perfectly, and with so much polish :D Great job!

Such a good concept, good art, lots of polish and very challenging! Great job!

Art was top notch, good job!

Fine idea! As some said, yeah, the game could be a bit faster (and I find the drain instakill a bit too much xD) but very good presentation and choice of music!

Loved the idea and the illustrations. My only issue is control-wise; rather than find the right position in a blank screen, I'd have left some kind of markers in the background to suggest proper position, and also let the user rotate the objects themselves in the perfect (or very close to perfect) orientation. Talking about the pencils level, for example, since I didn't see any particular order nor I knew how far apart they had to be. But really cool idea nonetheless!

Wow, best "let's remove your controls" game I've found this far. Also how you transformed a simple platformer into a puzzle game. I loved the first puzzle with the "no control-platforms" area, how it made you consider each movement. Also, the idea to solve the last puzzle was really good too! Really good job, presentation too!

My only issue was that, in terms of the platforming aspect, it was a bit hard to do the jumps, since you get stuck in corners (or fall from corners) many times. But with a bit of tweaks and some coyote times you're golden! I'd love to see this concept with many other keys and twist your player's mind even further hahaha

Great job!

I have seen many games that just randomize input but they tend to be more annoying than fun. Yours is fun, because the arrow changing all the time makes you move constantly. You want to be close to the enemy because that allows you to be on their right side quickly in order to shoot them, but that's also risky because you have less reaction time if they shoot. Really good implementation of such a simple concept ;)

Also, pretty minimalistic but completely functional, snappy and polished. Loved the particle effects to signal destroyed enemies, good job!

This game is evil ;) Loved the concept, but too damn hard to catch the small buttons, specially on a trackpad xD Nice idea, good job ;) (Also, the music sets the mood too perfectly xD)

Cool art style and mechanic! Great idea, well done :))

Amazing artwork, great job :) Had a bit of trouble getting stuck with corners during jumps, but that's fixable :)

Stunning looks for 48h, great job!

Thank you! Yeah, all the feedback we got said that the time constraint was too stressful. We're definitely considering changing the game to a turn-based system (although the puzzles would change then). About the restart button, it should let you restart at any time, it must be a bug (we were in a serious rush by the end of the second day and couldn't test everything properly, sorry about that).

Loved how snappy and colourful it is! Hard to control, but that's to be expected!!

Very cool concept! Playing with any other letter to right-move was hard! It was a shame you didn't really need to go to the left, so that made things easier. Maybe a vertical level where you need to hop across platforms in a zig-zag pattern would have made you play carefully. That'd be interesting. Also, the camera was too close, made it difficult to see the spikes in time.

How do you know where the dog is going to move after it hits a rock? Or is it random? (out of control). It was a bit hard to place the rocks though. Maybe a continuous camera instead of a discrete camera would help?

Loved how fast and snappy it is. I was thinking you had made so many different levels, and then I read you did procedural generation xD Still, making the system to create feasible levels must have been tough under the time-limit. Funny how you used the out of control theme both for theme (contagion) and controls (ice movement). The only thing is it was a bit repetitive and easy, but that's understandable. Good job!

Loved the art and the tension from not ever stopping! I missed some score marker or some goal to go to though. Good job!

Cool art and animation, I really enjoyed it :) Interesting puzzles, at least up until where I got to (got stuck in one level and couldn't reset :( ).

Thank you! About the map design, there was a last minute bug where doors were unlocked without a key - that’s why the map design was not interesting :( But I’m glad you liked it still!

We’ll upload a corrected version with some more rooms (again, didn’t have more time) once the jam is over
