Thanks for playing, yeah could have moved up one of the weapons earlier and had the first wave quicker.

Very nice submission for a first GWJ and welcome. Really like the mini games and art. The idea was great and if any fellow employees ever complain, I will just tell them to play this game and feel lucky they are no blacksmith's apprentices :)
Only complaint is the first two levels are super easy and the third one just seems too hard... is it possible?
Very nice submission. Love the Minecraft like feel. Hope I can come back and beat it later (if it is possible to win)...
Only complaint is lack of a save and continue, which I know is not easy especially considering the time and how big the world is. (Dictionaries can be saved to config files)
Again great submission.
Liked the idea of using a card game with "forging" to improve your deck and despite the obvious graphics flaws it seemed ok, but on floor 8 the monsters suddenly did massive amounts of damage despite the smaller amount of attack it seemed to indicate that they had.
Hope you can improve this game after the jam.
Very nice graphics, sound, and music.
The gameplay was a little confusing, but thankfully the instructions helped to start; although not really sure what all those different options were. Was hoping to see the wizard do some sort of attack instead of healing.
The game was short and left me wishing more a longer game with some options on which path you took, but understand time constraints and for your first GWJ submission this was great.
One last note: I reset the game once (Return to main menu) and it there were shadow characters left over.
Thanks for submitting, I enjoyed it.
Wow, this is quite the submission. A full blown overhead shooter with shop and everything. As some others have mentioned, the game seems a little to hard, I kept running out of arrows and the monsters did not seem to give enough cash to justify killing them. Maybe I am missing something, but tried playing twice and bought light and arrows and both times I ran out of arrows, first time I missed a bunch of my shots but second time, I only missed once and still run out. Maybe I should have just hid in a corner after killing first three enemies....
Thanks for submitting, it is a great submission just need the difficulty tweaked a little bit.
Fun little game. Really like the music and the art.
Would have been great if the fox got tripped up by the obstacles... and maybe might it a little bit harder, I beat it on the first try so played again and tried to lose, animation of fox catching the chicken would have been great too, but understand time constraints,
Again very fun game - really enjoyed it, thanks for submitting.
Very impressive and fun game especially as this was some of your first GWJ.
Really liked the graphics and music. Sound was ok but seemed a little lacking at times but got the job done.
Controls were a little hard to manage at times but honestly not sure how you could have improved them.
Overall it was a great submission and a lot of fun, thank you all!
Interesting take on the theme. Like the chess element although the AI seemed a little lacking in the I department. Went back and tried on higher difficulty and enjoyed the higher challenge but again would have liked to see an improved AI, but completely understand with the little timeframe and challenge of implementing chess rules. Would like to see an update version in the future.
Thanks for submitting
Thanks for playing and glad you like the path navigation, actually did it myself as I did not want to have problems with getting stuck on the walls (this is the problem I have had using Godot's native one. If it is a true maze it is easy to setup a dictionary path for each square and then you can use that to quickly connect any two tiles.
Easy and Medium both have the enemies freeze you, the top difficulty has them kill you.
Thanks for playing. The top difficulty makes them kill you. Wanted to make the lower difficulties for more casual gamers.
I did all the algorithms myself on the fly - basically setup all the all odds squares as open then removed walls until there are no walls to remove with out creating a loop.
I will take a look at the links sure this method is described there, thanks for sharing.
Fun beat em up game. Really like the art and music. Wish there was some sound effects to go with the game. The attacks and overload attack was a lot of fun. Make it to 6k on first try so thought I could make it too 9999... after four more tries make it to 6.5k and had to fight the big guys... maybe I will take another stab at it later (pun intended).
Thanks for submitting it was fun!
The graphics and music were great. Unfortunately the game itself was not engaging and although I was able to win by overloading three ships, it just left me wishing for a different game... oh I tried playing another character and glad I choose the fast one the first time.
This looks like it could have been a fun ship battle game (not sure how you would have tied it to the theme, but it would have been fun)
I liked the unique take on the theme and I don't think I have seen a game that uses the diminishing light directions like that. I finally managed to make it to the parking lot and only lost one of us. I thought the flash light should have lasted a little longer and a maybe have some sort of point of reference as you moved or did not move - I think I got stuck in the trees but could not really tell. Maybe that is a good thing for survival horror though,
I did like the scary monster thing and how you slowly lost your team.
Thanks for submitting
Very nice game. Best of the jam I have played so far. Really liked the sound/music. Graphics are nice and game play is solid. Best part though is the difficulty, not easy by any stretch but not break your controller either. One suggestion especially for the last boss. Don't make the player farm to get max stars just start him/her their. After the 3rd or so try it was annoying.
Again great submission really enjoyed this one.
