Fun take on the theme - and great job for being your first submission. Don't think I have seen a game quite like this one before, the splitting mechanic was a fun and interesting, really like how you introduced element by element, only recommendation would be to make the conclusion a little more obvious - thought I lost or quit back to the menu.
Thanks for submitting, keep them coming
Very nice puzzle game with clever take on the theme, excellent for this being your first submission. Really enjoyed it. The difficulty ramp was good although still have not been able to beat the "star" level, the jump the pull mechanic is challenging - I will have to try again.
Would have enjoyed seeing a zoomed out view to help plan understand what to do.
Thanks for submitting, keep them coming
Thanks, credit for the music goes to Yannis Brown - 1234.....rock!!!!! on modarchive.org
Thanks for playing.
Believe it or not it is all one massive shader with physics handled by the script and using uniform variables.
I was inspired by shadertoy.com and really wanted into play around with it.
The reflections are just the ball looking out from its position and doing raytracing as it is round.
Yay I should have spent a little more time with game itself but whenever I added something to the game it broke the shader and back and forth it went.
Very impressive puzzle game for a jam and really fun way to incorporate the theme.
The puzzles were good level of difficulty and the voice went great the game. The controls felt a little off at times and the blue gel ball bounced in a funny way but completely understandable for a week jam.
Keep them coming!
Now I know why I hate autocorrect so much... This game!
My typing as gotten bad and not even noticed it.
I would say it would be really nice if you had some options for difficulty and make the spells easier to type so it appeared quote symbol was actually a space sometimes...
Interesting take on the theme and it was fun just wish I was better
Thanks for playing, yeah I really wanted to add some descriptions in the game, but as it is designed for mobile the hover doesn't make sense so need to think how to do this.
I wanted to add different types of rooms wall designs to make them feel different and could be used to block the shooter etc..
Also I actually built in a prestige mechanism to reset the castle and stats with bonus to experience gain and difficulty but didn't have time to implement it.
The artwork and sound/music in this game were amazing.
It felt like a Slay the Spire mixed with Sin City, very impressive and cool vibes.
I was very impressed with the subtle effects of moving the mouse a little to move the screen it added some much to the feel of the game.
Thanks for submitting this was a great one
Fun 3d shooter game. The shop and upgrades was an excellent touch. The sound and music were great as was the graphics, really liked the animation of the skull talking at the beginning, if you had more time and lined up the movements with the sound it would have been super impressive.
Only gripe is the difficulty seemed to ramp up a little too fast and the gun shot too slow, but better that than endless too easy.
Thanks for submitting, it was fun!
Thanks for playing and the kind words.
I agree that the coins/monsters become hard to tell apart and will need to find a way to account for this on update.
I wanted to include some sort of guiding element if you cannot find the changes after a while but purposely didn't do animations although could change that on later release
Thanks again
Thanks for playing and for providing your feedback.
I want this to be playable for mobile - final target destination, you should be able to full screen to see the pixels better.
I wanted to use small tiles to give it the rogue feel, most of the tiles/monsters credit goes to:
https://vurmux.itch.io/urizen-onebit-tileset
I did add some art myself though
Thanks for playing and your comments - For now will add the descriptions on the main page (would have made more of a intro if I had more time). Later, I will improve the description and provide a better feedback on your return, before releasing to mobile.
There are different types of monsters and upgrades - you should have gotten the hammer at the second stair case / boots on the second.
The difference between the p is that is 1 experience point where as the first EP is 5 experience points, next is 25 and so on
Thanks again for playing
Farm expansion! The artwork/music/sound effects work well together and the gameplay is solid.
Really like the card mechanics and pulling down pumpkin after pumpkin is very rewarding.
Was there an end to the game? I keep growing the farm but outside of making more money/expanding wasn't sure if there was another goal.
Interesting take on the theme, I like how as you lose air you shrink and you used this pretty well in the last level.
controls felt a little off at times and the hitting the walls seemed too jarring, smoothing that out would help make it better game.
But overall it was a fun experience, thanks for submitting
I love this game, one of my favorites so far this jam.
So simple and so rewarding watching my small blob becoming a massive fat blob that some how can still dodge enemies. Great Fun!
Only complaint is the after getting to 100 food it got a little boring and felt like I could go on forever, new enemies or something could have really pushed it even farther - but keep it simple.
Oh and music and sound effects would have been nice too
Thanks for submitting looking forward to see what you do next
