Niko has a beautiful color palette, and a great spin on the theme. I absolute love that you based it around the Tesla alternate history idea. Very cool! I thought about doing a similar power-management game for the jam, but went in a different direction. Love your game, hope it does really well in the jam!
And if you haven't had a chance to check out my game Foxy Boom Boxy, I would appreciate any feedback, thanks!
One of the best game's in this jam so fun and on theme . Also please rate my game it's a 3d open world game 🎮
The game doesn't tutorialize itself well, however the unorthodox gameplay means tutorialization will be difficult. I wish you the best of luck if you decide to build on it.
That game over screen is the most aggravating thing I've ever seen.
BRO
Very inspiring and relaxing musical score.
The game play was tight and still manageable, easy to grasp (after a while of failing miserably though).
Graphics look nice, I really liked how this game felt and sounded like.
Maybe start a bit softer in the start to pull people in, I can see the potential of this game a LOT but now it might push away casual players quite early on.
A little tweaking and this will be a really solid game ever for sale.
Bro! haha made me laugh.
It took me time, but reading the comments I didn't give up. It's different, it has its own vibe and I'll definitively play an extended version (maybe some other power sources or upgrades could add diversity).
Perfecto juego y con un estilo propio, ¡felicitaciones!
A tutorial would definitely be nice as I almost gave up until I figured it out. After that, quite a fun resource management game. A little slower pace because it takes time to charge the tesla coil, but it's not difficult to get all the cities to 100.
Very nice game! The song and graphics are super charming and added a lot to the experience! At first, I was confused on how the game worked, but once I figured it out, it was fun. I look forward to any updates you make in the future!
Dude I was vibing with that song, that was without a doubt my favorite part of the game. At first I was not convinced by game because the rules were confusing, but the song kept me playing, and once I realized how simple the game actually is, I couldn't stop playing. It's a really addictive game, a little confusing at first, but once it gets you it's really hard to put it off. I would definitely love to see this game expanded with more mechanics, but for the sake of the jam, this is one my favorite entries. Great job!
prety cool concept but i could not figure out how to upgrade the buildings p.s pls play my game https://coolcodedude.itch.io/a-light-in-the-dark ratings are greatly appreciated
This is a wonderful piece, I picked it up smoothly. I love the music, the aesthetics, and the concept, 10/10, you deserve it😁! Although I ran out of things to do after buying the 2 extra generators, and the money felt pointless.
Please make some time out of your free time to check out my entry
This game has a lot of potential but I suggest you put a tutorial at the start of the game as I was a bit confused on how to get started and after that stage I found the game a bit repetitive, I hope after the jam you will make some updates to the game because it's not a bad game at all. Otherwise it's still a nice game done well, with a very nice artstyle and music.
That was a fun game! And did you make that music? Because it is catchy! And I love the art, it's simply but nice. But my only thing is it needs a tutorial. But Overall good game. 👍
Nice game! However, I did find it quite challenging to grasp what to do in the beginning. Perhaps if you work on making the game more user-friendly, it could transform into an amazing experience. Also, I must commend the graphics – they possess a truly distinctive style.
Good and kind of relaxing game with complementing graphics and music. If you update it please message me.
Overall fun game.
Great use of the theme and really fun game. I'd like to see more done with it in the future, it has a Mini Metro vibe and I think more buildings with different power demands / etc... could take this game far.
Nice pick for the music, I let the game sit in the background while my coil charged. I may have been missing something but the game felt very slow. Were the power plant and windmill the only things on the map? I finished by letting the game idle after my capacity was large enough.
If only the wind and hydroelectric generator are available on the map; I really have to solve the issue of speed, since to a certain extent I also felt it slow, I don’t know whether to complement it with a mini game, or speed up the times, but I will take your feedback into account, and thank you very much for seeing the future, I plan to complete it later, and even in a more distant future to do it with better graphics, maybe in 3d.
fun but not quite sure how easy it was to work out. Might have needed some in game tips to get me started. Liked the artstyle and music. Could see this working though with more time. Well done
Really creative approach to the theme, althought it would be cooler if the “city” grew over time (camera zooms out and there’s more buildings)
